was I the only one that was really underwhelmed by the title of the article?
how dare those bastards change words to be spelled correctly. NOT ON MY INTERNETS!
ironic...
Sony posting slanderous things on M$ related web pages and M$ fixing grammar mistakes...
you know... just maybe...
I got constricted for being jealous of the kid?
This is old news. It was already all said in an article by kojima himself. Thanks for nothing random internet blogger.
I'm sure I could find a blog post about the 360 price cut saying that there is one, but I wouldn't post it because everybody already knows.
Also, MGS4 is almost entirely uncompressed. That's the reason it takes up so much space. They've had to compress a few things, but mostly it is uncompressed. Also, installations are not the future, at least n...
you have to be a fool to think the only people that bought a 360 were owners of the original xbox. I know 10 people off the top of my head that own a 360 and never even touched an original xbox.
Also, HD-DVD and Blu-Ray were about the same (a few less production cons for HD-DVD) Blu-Ray winning was solely the result of sony pumping so much money into it that it would've only lost had M$ and Toshiba decided to pump just as much money into it.
Unless sony can cut to a mass market price below $250, it won't make as huge a difference as a 360 price cut to $199 would.
Sales really explode once the price drops that low.
Are you high? Mass Effect Bioshock and Gears of War were all reviewed far and away better than anything on the PS3 (perhaps excepting Uncharted, which probably would have done a lot better if it were released sooner).
The japanese copies got a good case that was larger to accomodate the 4 discs. American copies got all 4 discs crammed into a single DVD case. one center DVD thing, 2 stacked, and one in a little folder thing.
Cuz sony hasn't ripped anything off of another company ever?
I like how M$ just has to make a decent game in a genre that wasn't huge on their first console and their automatically ripping stuff off of the competition.
I have little faith in TBD 2008 actually being in 2008 for every one of those games. In my experience any release date that doesn't have at least a month is just a way of telling people when you're going to announce that the game is getting delayed.
BECAUSE THIS IS AMERIKA!

Putting it in system would jsut be a waste. There's already almost 20 million potential purchasers of a blu-ray add on. There's no reason to put it in the system.
I really hope the price drop carries over to the states. I'm planning on picking up one of the new 360's once they get the new boards put in this x-mas.
when did 3 become a huge number?
It's not the strongest lineup ever. It's definately the most exagerated lineup ever.
Why is conker on there? While the original wasn't played by many, Conker Live and Reloaded was a huge hit, and essentially the same game. One of my favorite live titles on the original xbox.
Phantom Dust should have been on that list TBH... (a lot of hardcore gamers don't even know about it. My favorite game hands down on the original xbox)
was it you?
