Again, look at the haters here "Oh! you have to have a PC! har har" and "why would I do that blah blah blah".
Look at the post above me "the most expensive 360 peripheral yet, Buy a P.C. today and surf" - someone *intentionally* mis representing reality. How many people do we think have a Console but do not have a PC? Further, does it matter? Windows Media Center Extender is another available feature, its not as if its some kind of necessary, cor...
Thats a pretty stupid thing to say.
you realize that the Xbox 360 Windows Media Center Extender *IS* that "video cable" in a sense.
Why *wouldnt* you use it?
And here is your wireless KB;

Many many people have Windows Media Center, further, Vista has it in Home and Ultimate.
Many people have WMC, and more every day. Its a very compelling feature. I've got many plugins (streaming radio, bittorrent client, browser)
There many excellent plugins;

There is no noticable Lag on LIVE. Yet, you say "oh, they need servers" -- you have no idea what you are talking about, you're just looking to talk smack.

" (The Borg) job, M$ is more of a parasite it infects things and riddles them with problems. "
Why is this +4 Agree in the gamer-zone? This site is full of idiots.
Strange. It seems the sold purpose of this "SPIN-IT-US" account is to login and insult the Xbox 360 and praise the PS3.

Funny, somehow I doubt you own GTAIV for "your Xbox 360" (as in, you dont).
Its becoming quite clear that the problem is with the PS3 copy of GTAIV alone.
The forums and news reports are making it quite clear that is the case, I know it angers some here on N4G, but there is no doubting it.
@19.1
Of the 32 Videos showing the game crashing *ALL* of them are PS3 and ZERO are Xbox 360.
http://www.youtube.com/prof...
Being that there is just shy of twice as many Xbox 360s in the world, you'd think that it would be 32 PS3 demonstrations and 64 Xbox 360?
No, here it is 32 GTAIV PS3 failures and *ZERO* Xbox 360.
From all the press ...
Of the 32 videos posted there, demonstrating the game freezing, *EVERY SINGLE ONE* is a PS3.
http://www.youtube.com/prof...
Being that the Xbox 360 outnumbers PS3 by just short of 2:1, why is there NOT A SINGLE instance?
I think its pretty clear that this is a GTAIV PS3 Problem and not a GTAIV Xbox 360 problem.
The Big PC manufacturers should do this:
A) Form a consortium (Dell, nvidia, ATI, HP, Sony, MS)
B) Set performance/spec standard ((DX10, 8GB ram, HD etc) and commit to revising it every 4-ish years (about the same cycle as current
C) Encourage publishers to sell direct via Windows Media Center front-ends (ala Valve).
D) Create a SDK for plugins/extensions (
All that said, I dont think anyone would say the PS3 cant make games. Clea...
On that topic:
A) Sony owns the Ghostbusters IP.
B) It was the CEO (ie: the person who has a business relationship with Sony's Ghostbusters IP people) and **NOT** the developers who said "oh yeah, blah blah blah".
Taken A & B, I smell a reach-around given to the Sony people with that whole "oh yeah, PS3 blah blah blah" shiat. Perhaps the CEO was just repeating some lines fed to him from Sony directly.

The Xbox 360 version doesnt have near the scale of problem as this. Odds are, the Xbox 360 problems are just bad discs (normal) -- while the widely reported PS3 is an actual *problem*, hence this frenzy to figure out what the problem is *on the PS3*.
Of course the "priority" is to fix the broken PS3 implementation, because there isnt a problem on the Xbox 360.
While I agree, this is pretty tame for what passes on this site. There isnt remotely enough editorial or administrative QC.
The site owners probably find that conflict and hysteria generates traffic. That said, the premise of the article "that Nintnedo isnt meeting demand on purpose" I believe is true.
I can see no other reason after all this time from launch.
After all these years, you dont think Nintendo can manage after more than a year to increase productivity?
I dont care *what* the demand is, Nintendo has the experience, the partners and the resources to make the production sky-rocket to meet the demand.
They arent doing that on purpose. There is nothing about the Wii that could cause a shortage, the Wii is all very mundane technology -- the damn thing isnt exactly high-tech.
Why would you use google toolbar for searches? Why not simply add Google as a search provider in IE?
My experience with Google Toolbar is instability and unnecessary bloat. I avoid almost all browser toolbars for this reason, they do so little that is useful and cause so many problems.
Perhaps you want to just check the weather? Or you've got people over, and someone wants to check the score of the game? Or, someone else is using the home's PC?
Or, you've got people over, and someone want to show the group an article or picture or somesuch?
Is anyone going to sit and surf the web by themselves for hours using the Xbox 360 and the TV instead of their own PC? Doubtful, but it is at least as useful as the browsers on the other consoles - which ...
