I wonder if it has to do with 360's storage limitations, because remember back when MGS-4 was still to be released Kojima stated that even Blu-ray was hindering his true vision of MGS-4. Obviously PS3 and 360 version won't differ by a great mile in terms of content. So I guess now that it's coming to 360, he would feel even more restricted in terms of how much content he can put in there. But even so, I think he likes Snake more than Raiden, thus he's sticking with his story only.
the game looks awesome. Also, I like how the quick time events are made even easier this time. Instead of looking at the center screen for a specific button to show up, we can now without turning our eyes away from the action know which button it is since our fingers are already familiar with button locations on controller that correspond to on screen locations. Sweet!
MS has a really neat device in their hands. However I must point out that we have already seen such demonstration from PSEye, all those clothing examples they gave, don't mind me saying so but MS poorly covered their tracks. Than there's Eye of Judgment and the Eye Toy Pet game, which we haven't heard about for a while.
So keep in mind that Sony has had this tech under their belt since before MS introduced it, however, MS really seem to be pushing its dimensionality. Now in case...
I haven't seen that before but Sony should really advertise bit more effectively to let known that they have done this before otherwise MS will get the cake. Still, one would simply be in denial if they say Sony hasn't got this technology already, only I think Sony base hasn't really demanded this feature so no word on how far they are willing to push it.
cause it was the same thing the press was shown months ago, at least the way they described the events makes it seem so. However, I would love a demo on PSN, just for a tease they can let us have it.
Sony has this tech too but they haven't yet fully utilized it. However, I do have to agree with Sony people that somethings do need an actual controller in hand to really get the feel of the action. However, what MS is doing is pretty impressive.
its the same thing. Motion sensing through Camera, instead of rolling the wheel of a car (would you count that as fake since that too is artificial), you're interacting with a pet. That's just overly defensing MS when PS3 has the same technology instead MS is expanding it more.
Have you ever seen or played Eye of Judgment, it was the same thing.
otherwise, it'll really tick me off.
Capcom finally revealed their secret game 2, an RE for PSP. Feel let down, I was hoping for an old IP making debut on current gen consoles, such as Dino Crisis or a new Onimusha. However, looking forward to it, but I still feel we have seen too much of RE.
It looks pretty good though. I wonder how will they utilize that light sensing feature.
can't wait for it.
It wasn't even biased or anything, no attack, nothing to offense anyone? Jeez, I mean really, all I said was graphics weren't that great but I whole heartily praised the game on other aspects.
Sony should give a better presentation than last year. I must confess MS has always had much enthusiasm in their presentations, bringing in all the guests, having variety in lecturers, and overall energy. Last year, we mostly saw Jack (that's the name isn't it?) take the whole conference through the hour. Their content was pretty impressive but was presented with less energy into the whole presentation. When we saw GOW-3 trailer, they didn't really built up to the moment to get us excited, bu...
Monkey Island is back!!! Awesome.
that exclusive session ended when the guy who said it took the stage again after presentation of all those games.
it did come a stinger: the announcement, but I was more prepared this time. However, glad to see more people with positive attitudes.
I don't see any harm in this. PS3 base still gets the game, right. This was inevitable, and quite expected. More and more games are becoming multiplat, most of the exclusive stuff has now come down to DLC. So let it pass and enjoy the game when it comes.
I guess the guy was telling the truth when he said we have huge list of PlayStation franchises that we want on 360. However, I like their enthusiasm. Also, their new tech Natal, however you spell it, seems like a really cool device, truly outstanding: just make it affordable. Let's see how Kojima works in the new MGS game onto 360. Come on, this was expected and PS still has many exclusives to be happy about.
that the game won't feel like your usual Metal Gear game. Even though Kojima would be involved mostly in PSP game, he might still have his influence on how Rising shapes up to be. Even if it was on PS3 only, and Kojima still went on to say the exact same thing, than people would be worried either way, and you can bet 360 base would be all over this and laughing. So there's not much to do with down playing it just because its multi-plat now.
