can't wait to get this one. I got the first game late, but once I did, I realized I missed out on an awesome game with a really great story. This one promises to be more than the last one, which is simply terrific.
sales should be enough for both consoles so neither of them goes the Dreamcast way, and we continue to get two of the best gaming hardwares.
but I hope the infamous fog returns because that's not fog I saw in there, it was ashes like in the new movie. Also, I hope we're able to fight monster with materials lying around that could be used as weapons. Overall the way it was playing reminded me of the new Alone in the Dark e.g. breaking down doors or using flames to get rid of the creatures.
I confess I do feel jealous of those who would eventually have this slim PS3, however, I am content with my purchase because it is the same machine.
still a very capable director.
Because it surely didn't start out with reasons to be taken seriously.
so it only makes sense to go that way. By now I think those who wanted a 360, have a 360. Their comment makes it sound like PS3 doesn't even have good exclusives, well then what's all this Uncharted buzz about? Or GOW? or GT-5? Rather than giving a good-hearty response to their competitors they turn it into another ad.
this is a must buy now. I really enjoyed the demo. My only complain, though minor, was that with all that armor-plated suit: his health was draining like water from pipe just with one henchmen shooting. Even so, this game is what Batman games should have been like.
Dino Crisis, RE 2 and 3. They have already been rated, should be out by now.
this won't affect current fat PS3s would it? I mean in terms of game quality.
but I was wondering, does efficiency really changes in either positions? Is it better to have it standing or lying down?
At this point, these articles aren't really making any sense at all. They just seem to be bashing non-American products: more like a jab at Sony, I don't know why aren't they more open about it when it's so obvious. It's safe to say that these articles are pointless speculations with little to no evidence.
this should put an end to companies who keep bickering about price-points and PS3 software sales. Also, I hope growing numbers of PS3s allow developers to think twice before going exclusive (not a shot at anyone/thing, just that everyone should get everything from 3rd party devs).
I wish I had that. I really like the matte finish of the system. Even though gloss is nice but I don't like leaving fingerprints on it and then having to clean them up. Anyways, finally the rumors are put to rest and the cat is out of the bag.
you're getting pretty much everything current PS3s have, with exception of OS feature. Plus it's 120 GB of HDD, what more could you ask for?
but I would prefer someone else. Not that big fan of the guy, he's just has Wolverine written all over his face, I'll never be able think of him as Snake. Kurt Russel maybe, but isn't he too old now, I mean for a young Snake? Personally, I'd rather they make a CGI film with Hayter's voice, I can't imagine anyone else as Snake: he can play a lead role, what's the problem if he isn't well known in movie's as an actor: popularity starts somewhere.
will have features that are likely to be better or more polished than a stealth game which came out years before it. I don't see how there's a competition here, if it was within the same year it would make sense. Story wise I have always preferred MGS as it contains the most solid story for an action-stealth game ever conceived. However, back to the topic, the comparison is not really justified. Both game, imo, are in league of their own.
Furthermore, I think we have MGS to than...
but I had no idea that only guy was doing animation on TF2. Well, I guess they have problems of their own.
and that Sony is willing to provide support to devs in order to work on PS3. Also, they could hire people who have experiences with PS3 or perhaps organize groups from within their teams to work on PS3. I don't see how it's such an impossible task for Valve.
I still do prefer life bars, it just allows me to make more calculated decisions in games. They can still incorporate self-healing features whilst keeping the bar. I also agree with everyone who said games have unrealistic health, so having a life bar wouldn't make that much of a difference; it can also be implemented as a choice in the options menu.
