Is great with this one.
well there are only about four 360 exclusives... So yeah I think that sounds about right.
Oh wait No xbox exclusive (if you count xbox 1 and 360) has touched Gran Turismo numbers.
There was nothing (I mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING) that resonated with me in terms of gameplay, setting, story, atmosphere, music, etc. It doesn't come close to God of War or Ninja Gaiden I'm still trying to figure out how this game has garnered such high praise. Unless the full game is not represented whatsoever by the demo, I doubt it's AAA material. It's gonna be just like Prototype vs Infamous. Yeah Prototype offered more in what you can do to your enemies, but you play it and it feels like a ...
amirite?
How many problems does this game have?
They picked a third party, MS owned company, to review 500 consoles, only sold in 2009, for an error that has been overshadowed by e75? To come up with an outlook on the failure rate of a 4 year old console? The spin and fail in this article is gargantuan. Seeing how I've seen a refurbished Jasper Red-ring after a week of getting back from MS, I'm gonna go ahead and believe it's still a very real problem.
To piggyback that point. They seem to forget that Nintendo got beat by sony two consecutive generations before in sales when they were going head to head. Nintendo had to completely bow out of being in direct competition with Sony and appeal almost entirely to a demographic that DOESN'T PLAY VIDEO GAMES just to win the biggest peice of the pie chart in sales. But quality has tapered and fallen off in the process. Does anyone honestly believe that Nintendo has been delivering the same quality ...
But I get to play it while you and HaloMLG can't. Regardless of it not selling 8 million I still have the chance to play it. That's the point. If it doesn't sell a bunch I would rather I played the first and that's it instead of it running itself into the ground by being empty shells of it's former self (check just about anything from Capcom to see my point) It's like with the Zone of the Enders or Team Ico games, not alot of people played them but it continues to show up in "top PS2/las...
I hear you, the xbox crowd has been toting sales all generation, and I've been saying since the beginning:
1)when it comes to sales this gen, Wii wins. But it's a "game system" that appeals to non-gamers so the sales argument folds on itself.
2)Pray GT5 keeps getting pushed back. It's the only game I know that has sold more copies than actual consoles that played them. Mario and pokemon can't even say that. But it's gonna hit 10 mil easy, regardless.
speaks volumes.
So 8bit please just keep it to yourselves and kindly stfu. I guess we can all say Mario 1 sucks, cause the gameplay does nothing new? How about the characters and levels look so bland? How about you just stick to biasedly criticizing recent games and leave the classics as they are. When it was released we hadn't seen anything like it, end of debate. Of course when the market gets oversaturated with games that take cues from it, it doesn't seem as impressive anymore, but let it go it's over a ...
They like playing sales so much I was hoping to see them give some well-thought out insight to this.
He only plays Halo and sales...
So actual God of War = not interesting
but the knock off God of War = the real God of War
That totally makes sense /s
Saying you like it is fine, but when you have to knock the better game in the process, it looks unprofessional.
Cause only a handful of games sell as well as you would like to believe.
Greatest 2 games this gen confirmed!
A real RPG not a shooter with rpg elements and a heavy focus on dialogue
Like Uncharted 2, right? Oh wait, we only have anti-PS3 points circa 2006 still? Maybe try playing a PS3 sometime so you'd have a better idea of what you're talking about.
Shows we should totally take them seriously.
Try playing U2 and Killzone 2 before saying Gears is right up there, instead of assuming some nonsense and hoping you're right.
Has really brought out the very fanboys that have made the "MS Exclusive" argument and they have tried writing it off as "fanboy fluff". Amazing really.
