Thanks for reading it!
Yup, apparently all a game needs to be stunning nowadays is to have 1080p resolution. According to a site that posts here quite a lot if you catch my drift ;)
Apparently you didn't even read past the title so good for you. Maybe your second bubble will be used for a more mature and informed comment :) I was actually talking about the resolution of both versions of the game and players who are on PS4 as well complaining the game wasn't in 1080p. So no, I wasn't giving advice on anything actually.
That's the reason I wrote this lol. The day the resolutions were announced, an entire NeoGAF thread was like, F that I'm not buying it now. Same with Twitter comments as well, that's literally what pushed me to write this. Obviously it's a vocal minority choosing to do so, but mixed together with the amount of articles on this topic, the news stories detailing every single game's resolution and framerate now, it's become such a huge talking point this gen.

Well yea, if you have both or all three platforms it makes perfect sense to buy the higher quality game if you have that option. But, I'm talking even more so the players with one platform who all of a sudden drop out of buying a game because it's not 1080p.
Still surprises me to this day that when I searched for a site that covered single player games I didn't find a single one. Got OnlySP going a week after haha. Shameless plug :)

What? That's exactly what I said ha, where did you get "color" out of that?
I don't think Uncharted 4 will be anywhere near as dark as The Last of Us, but I mean, you kinda saw that evolution begin with Uncharted 3 wit how the main villain played out. She was much more devious than Zoran in my opinion. Not by her actions necessarily, but just her character.
It'll be interesting to see what ND does if they do go darker, but I don't think they're going to change Drake's character too much.
Edit: Lukas, you need to ...
As long as it's not too dark I'm ok with it going in that direction, I think Naughty Dog learned a lot from The Last of Us about creating more mature themes, so Uncharted might have a much more compelling story than the previous entries because of that. At least that's my hope.
If only they owned the franchise :/ They don't have the rights to it. Not sure what ever happened to STALKER 2. I know I reported on it, just can't remember. Suvarium looks to be the spiritual successor to it, but that's an online MMO. Maybe it'll make its way to the consoles at some point, who knows.
Wolfenstein: The New Order runs at a buttery smooth 60 fps on PS4. So not really.
The first one is certainly worth your time, especially if their updating it and fixing the game mechanics.
Mix between Real-time action and strategy. Basically, you play it as you would a normal action game or play it as a turn based game.
Simply one of the best games to come out this year folks, pick it up you won't be disappointed. I wouldn't be surprised if it's nominated for GOTY awards.
I have a stark feeling that Master Chief would look like Darth Vader if he were to take his helmet off. Just a gut feeling I have lol.
This seems a lot like a "somewhat" continuation of Far Cry 2 with the civil war theme going on. I wonder how much choice will be involved in the game. Ugh, I wanna know more!
You're right it shouldn't be ignored, but when people say the hardware makes a game "better", the same game might I add, that's when the conversation just turns sour and nothing is discussed. Plus, you get people that blindly defend a piece of hardware and get pissy about it.
Aside from the trees floating through the plan during the crash, that's the most realistic plane crash I've seen in a video game thus far.
Its SpawnFirst, I wouldn't read too much into them.
Just wait for the real reviews to hit on the 27th when the embargo drops. As of now, I wouldn't trust any reviews earlier than that.
