That's kind of crazy, but then again it is MH in Japan.
I wonder how the X/Y launch is going to do there.
So it's finally over. It'll be interesting to see how this affects Atlus. I hope Sega localizes the more popular series at least.
Wow.. I'm honestly a little surprised. I know Sega was mentioned as a bidder, but Gungho and Kodakawa were considered to be the most likely for the longest time.
While I don't know much about Sega's localization efforts, what I'm hearing isn't too good. Hopefully things change on that front.
Personally, I'm relieved that a 3rd party picked them up. This way, both Nintendo and Sony fans can continue to enjoy their respective series. Now...
Kind of outdated since they already announced the red and blue special edition 3DS'. However, the western versions won't be bundles.
The gold one looks pretty cool, though. Hopefully we get that one down the road as well.
More of a general TGS comment, but I hope we find out the fate of Atlus soon. This would be a good time to announce it considering the type of games the company makes. A lot of people think it's Kodakawa, but the longer it goes the more that feeling of a dark horse getting them creeps in.
Could Zelda U be related to MM? Like a sequel or something?
IMO, it's either that or a remake that we'll see eventually. I have to think that offering the MM OST is either a hint or a ploy to gauge interest.
Hopefully Nintendo will shift most of its attention to Wii U soon. They have routinely announced new stuff for the 3DS over the last year or so. Comparatively, the Wii U hasn't gotten nearly as much attention. It must have been a little frustrating for Wii U owners to see 3DS iterations of popular series announced during the drought periods the Wii U had.
The 3DS is in good shape now. It's time for Nintendo to kick it up a notch on the Wii U front. They've already...
I can't see a situation where this doesn't come to the West. If Capcom passes on it for whatever reason, I'm sure Sony would at least offer to publish it for them. Kind of like what Nintendo had to do to get Bravely Default to the West.
Seems like a natural condition concerning game compatibility. It'll be interesting to see how they determine what would be playable or not. Don't a number of Vita games use touch in some way? Then again, the ones I've played had button commands for the touch actions as well. Games with touch-only controls would be the problematic ones, I assume.
So, is this thing a standalone unit that doesn't require a Vita? Can I, without owning a Vita, go out and buy Vita games and play them on this? If so, that's very enticing. The PS4 remote play is really cool too, and the price is great. This looks like a must have device.
Oh, and I can already see people arguing over whether these things count as Vita units in sales. It'll be interesting to see how it's classified. If they do count as Vita units, the handheld ...
I got the US edition of this set. I love the gold wii remote. I don't think I'll ever part with it.
Unfortunately, the sticker that held the box together tore a bit of the paper off the back of the box, so I probably wouldn't get much money for it anyway lol.
Thanks! I hope the video is smooth on Monday. There's bound to be a lot of people watching. Hopefully the lag isn't too bad.
The white/red one looks awesome. I also like the pure red one.
I always sort of imagined that would be the case. They have a history with Microsoft and Sony as well.
So I wouldn't mind at all. I would just expect Platinum to actively support the Wii U along with other systems. Nintendo has really went out of their way to establish a good relationship with them, and it would be a shame to see those efforts go to waste. From what I hear, Nintendo's been very good to them.
As for Bayonetta, I have no idea what would...
I may have to look into getting this. I don't have a Vita, but I will have a PS4 on the 15th. I'll always check out a good JRPG.
Touching these 3 Pokemon was a pretty ballsy move by Nintendo. All 3 of these Pokemon have very passionate fans. In terms of design, they look pretty good. They kept things subtle, which I think was a good decision considering all 3 had great designs in the first place.
I agree. It's getting a little ridiculous. This is the third time I've seen the Mario vs. DK offered(One was an elite reward option, but still), and this is the second time I've seen Art Academy.
I know that they've got a smaller selection to work with compared to the Wii, but there's a lot of 3DS downloadable games they could offer. Take stuff like Mutant Mudds and Pushmo. They're not new anymore, but at the same time they're fresh.
Yep.. nothing this month for me. A couple of them interest me a bit, but not enough to spend coins on them.
Having said that, I have over 500 coins expiring on July 1. So the closer I get to that date, the more impulsive I'll get most likely. You can't let that many coins just disappear lol.
It sounds like this is just a more complete version of the first one. Gotta love that title, though.
Can't wait to play the original when it gets localized.
I'm ready. Can't wait to see the series really come to life on the 3DS. I recently played through Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask, and the leap in production value was so dramatic that it felt like a completely different experience. I want to have that feeling with Dual Destinies.
