Whenever I get the Wii U (not at launch), it's not going to be for multiplats. No point in buying a system where graphics for multiplats will either be the same or a little above current consoles. I can play them just fine on my PS3. I'm going to get it for the exclusives. Games I can't find on any consoles. Plus the install base will be much larger on the current consoles until the other new systems come out. Meaning more people to play online with.
Street Fighter X Tekken shouldn't be included period.

If there wasn't some truth to these rumors, Nintendo wouldn't have responded. They never respond to these type of things. I was actually shocked that they did which is pretty telling.
I can't wait to see the backtracking if it turns out to be a weaker system. Certain hardcore Nintendo fans have been straight up obnoxious with the bragging when all the rumors of it being powerful was leaking out. It will be glorious if it turns out the opposite.
Certain companies I loved growing up are doing terrible financially. I really hope the jump into the next generation doesn't kill some of them completely. I really do fear for next gen.

I highly doubt Sony( and MS) will cut off part of their fanbase with this inept move. But if this all turns out true, I'm done with console gaming. I'm not a video game loyalist who takes everything these companies give with a smile. I'll be done with the quickness.

If this anti used games garbage is true, than me having my "I'm in no rush for next gen" stance is fully justified. The fact that WiiU could be the only console next gen not to have it sucks because I don't like Nintendo games. I couldn't imagine only owning a Nintendo console for the entire gen. WTF is going on?

You also gotta factor in a game like the next GTA which will be coming to the PS3 and Xbox 360. A game like that is going to be a huge seller. Neither company is like Nintendo where they have to launch a new console in order to receive GTA 5. 2013 for a reveal and launch would make sense for both companies.

Neither Sony nor Microsoft seem to be rushing to launch their new consoles with Nintendo. Wonder why?
That's great news for me. The games will be cheaper whenever I decide to buy one. Now all Sony has to do is drop the price and announce some colors and I'll be all set.
