It's a popular, long running franchise that has a strong fan base. It's not surprising really.
Even though I'm looking forward to this game, the folks out here upset have a right to be upset. I'm not even mad at the outcry from the hard core Metal Gear fans. They were expecting one thing and got something completely different. Of course they'd upset be seeing a wannabee DMC/Ninja Gaiden clone with Raiden as the main character.

Sony invested a shitload of money into this man and he still wants to leave. I can't see anybody rushing to pick him up given how slow he takes with his games. Let's hope Team Ico can continue bringing the games.
I don't think it'll be the high. However, I do expect it to be somewhat pricey. The tablet isn't going to be cheap.

Great Article. Kingdom Hearts is so convoluted right now it's crazy. It's like Metal Gear at this point. All these spin offs and side stories are doing more harm than good. Kingdom Hearts 3 is going to be so confusing to gamers including myself who only played the first two console games.
Also the fact that it's been damn near seven years and we haven't seen a console version is ridiculous.

I promised myself I wouldn't watch the VGA's this year but seeing it live is more fun IMO. Let's hope it isn't embarrassing this year. Last year was pretty bad aside from the trailers.

Anybody find it odd that Capcom hasn't shown Virgil or any other past DMC character? With all the backlash Dante got, something tells me we'll see more when they reveal the other characters.

I loved the series growing up. NetherRealm did manage to make Mortal Kombat relevant again so I'd like to see what they do with this.

The fact that some folks are already trying to predict whether this system is going to "win" is ridiculous. From the posters who already have it in their heads that Nintendo will stay on top all the way to the haters. If this gen taught us one thing, it's that anything can happen.

Now I gotta agree with this. We never gave a shit about sales growing up. We just played what we played and that was that. Now we have a bunch of hardcore gamers acting like PR reps. It's annoying.
We as gamers should worry about the games. We're gamers after all.
