Videogame piracy happens on consoles too.
There wouldn't be any rights issues Warner owns Hanna Barbera.
Agreed, they can kill everyone else off for all i care but Clem is an essential part of the story. watching her grow and develop is the core of the entire experience.
I do think it would be cool if they skipped the story forward a couple years though. Maybe introduced another player character as well.
Crash was never sony's nieher was Spyro. Thy were both poperty of universal and then Sierra and then activision.
Yes, Especially if it was like the Metro collection and they remade the original witcher in the witcher 2 engine with rejiggered combat.
No they didn't no one's ever actually been prosecuted anyway. If anything this a bloody honey trap for various assholes to use the increase in piracy after everyone thinks it's ok to really bring the hammer down later on.
this is the exact same thing that happened when they decrimilised dope to a certain extent, the next bunch of arsehole simply used the new relaxed attitude as ammunition to demonise it further.
I'm not whining, I'm simply stating that by doing this Square gained absolutely nothing.
They've pissed off fans, who no doubt will boycott the game to a certain extent now because of their actions.
It wouldn't have cut into their profits because they weren't going to release it on PSP anyway, in fact it cuts into them because the people that were importing the game and applying the patch can no longer do so.
The last fac...
It's not justified at all unless they were releasing the game on the PSP in the west. Which they are not.
What would have been far more productive would have been to go and talk to the translators, thanks them for their hardwork, pay them for their time and then release it as an offical thing.
You catch far more flies with honey.
no it's not that hard to make a case for a socialist state.
this is more like arguing that being kicke in the nuts is a good thing.
the guy missed out that the fatal frame 2 remake got a western release. Well in the EU at least, then again NOE were the ones that localised the project rainfall games.
The same could be said of the PS4 or the Xbox One. Hell the big release for the PS4 this month is a port of a PS3 game.
Dude you get the free game instantly. They give you the code as soon as you register it with club Nintendo.
The promotion is only on for another three weeks you might want to check your club nintendo account on nintendo's website.
If Nintendo should scrap the WiiU, then Sony should ditch the Vita and MS should get rid of the Xbox One.
Ok then i'll take that bet. Super Mario 3D World.... beter than that. it rarely drops a single frame.
What I find really confusing though is that if the frame rate is so rock solid why the option to lock it at 30?
Eternal Darkness, then again sillicon knights tried albeit with a different name and no bugger was interested.
So Earthbound/mother. a VC release/ proper english translation mother 3 on wiiu followed by a new entry on wiiu would be brill.
I'd also like to see a new advance wars on 3ds.
Good. Not every game needs a sequel and Spec Ops is perfect as it is.
The only thing it needs is more poeple to play it. Seriously if you haven't already track down a copy.
I think they'd be beter off spending their time on a new IP. Put Drake to bed in Uncharted 4 and then give us something completely new.
The last of us doesn't need a sequel. It would just undermine the ending of the orignal.
It came out in Europe so did fatal frame 2 for wii as did all the project rainfall games, it's why they all have British casts in the english dub.
I think it'll at least get a european/Aus release because NOE have a brilliant track record over recent years of bringing the best games from japan over to europe.
I think it will get a reelase but it's probably at least six months away maybe more, although this would be the perfect game to release aro...
Nintendo are publishing it.
they've always turned a profit on the ps4, Each one sold made like $10 or so for the company.
That's the benefits of using standard parts the manufacturing costs decrease a hell of a lot quicker.
So long as it's selling well i don't see it getting a price drop unless MS give the Xbone one.
