My tv is capable of 120 fps with hdmi 2.1. It's nice of the development team to go the extra mile & give us these options & I'm excited to see how the games feel at this refresh rate.
However, with that said, if the truth be told, I'll take graphics at 4k 60 or even 30 fps, heck even 1440p at 60, over a game that has made a stack of visual sacrifices to reach it's goal. So I'll probably try each game that has these 120 settings once, for half an ...
I don't have the technical wherewithal of most of you nice folks on here, but if it was at all possible, my dream come true would be Driveclub with dynamic 4k at 60 fps, however with the studio now closed and the game being an older title, sadly, it may just be wishful thinking on my part.
The good news though, are these PS5 enhancements will certainly inject a new lease of life into my PS4 library.
I agree Spenok, Ghost Of Tsushima, along with God Of War & Spiderman are my favourite PS4 games of the generation. Sucker Punch are an incredible studio & I'm really looking forward to the new game plus & Legends dlc.
Playing this masterpiece again in 60 fps will be amazing.
An honest question. Is the hdmi port 2.1?
This, along with Spiderman are 'my' PS4 games of the generation, as both games were incredibly fun to play through, with great narratives & silky, buttery smooth gameplay, alongside stellar visuals & sublime orchestration throughout.
Have ordered the Ultimate Miles Morales edition & really looking forward to swinging back into that world, & I would love to play through the absolutely spectacular Ghost Of Tsushima on the PS5, where any improvements wo...
I don't like the new facial character model as he looks like a kid & not a seasoned 23 year old Spidey who has taken Miles under his wing & someone that I grew attached to in the first game.
I platinumed the game on Pro & have mentioned several times in prior comments that Spiderman was my PS4 of the generation. So your assumptions are wrong.
I'm still buying the game without question for performance mode and upgraded visuals.
I played Last Of Us 2, didn't enjoy it, but I know the game exudes quality throughout from a technical perspective. I just disliked the narrative.
A few weeks later, after getting immersed into the world of the absolutely spectacular & 'fun' Ghost Of Tsushima, I had mercifully forgotten all about Naughty Dog's misery simulator.
It's very encouraging to hear that developers are pushing the industry forward. Very interesting as well as informative about the scalable features in each console iteration, with trade offs & compromises along the way, paring back certain elements to attain the goal of 120 fps.
As someone who has an Lg Oled with this feature, it's greatly appreciated when studios go the extra mile.
Wishful thinking on my part.
Which is why I said, it'll never happen.
It'll never happen, but I'd love to play Driveclub in 4k at 60 fps. I was always gutted that the game never received the PlayStation Pro treatment.
A game which, in my opinion, would be tremendous to see getting a fps bump or resolution upgrade on Ps5 is Days Gone.
I ordered mine this morning in the UK from www.very.co.uk with a take 3 payment option to purchase in installments.
I ordered the disc edition for 449.99 and then applied a 35 quid discount code = Q4QVE. and it came in at 418.98 pounds.
The disc edition may still be available but the digital ps5 is sold out. Best of luck.
Be quick, on this website - very.co.uk - the digital Ps5 is already sold out. - At time of me writing this - In the UK - the disc based Ps5 that I ordered is still available.
I just created an account at Very.co.uk - with various credit options - 6 months or 12 months - I took the 'take 3 option' and pay £150 over 3 instalments from my first payment.
I also - top tip - applied the voucher code
Enter Q4QVE at the online checkout by 30/10/2020.
£35 Credit will be applied to your account once the order has been dispatched.

I'd welcome another Uncharted, just as long as Drunkmann has absolutely nothing whatsoever, in any way shape or form to do with the project..
Jack, It's worth bearing in mind, if your a movie fan, then the PS5 disc iteration will be able to play 4k Blu Ray films, whereas the discless obviously can't.
Plus, brand new games always seem to be quite a bit more expensive on the PSN store. It's always nice to keep your options open, by being able to purchase new titles, cheaper from online retailers.
You have fine taste bouze. Nice to see the incredible Driveclub on your list. I only wish, at the time, Sony & the now absolutely tragically, defunct, Evolution Studios, could have given the game the PS4 Pro treatment upgrade. Days Gone is another corker I hope to see get a sequel on PS5, or perhaps the original see improvements to eliminate loading screens & providing smoother fps.
I absolutely agree wave. For me, it's tied with the awesome Spider-Man as my favourite PS4 game of the entire generation. Sucker Punch have done a tremendous & commendable job.
Silly gamerAr see my previous comments where all I did was dare to say that I was disappointed in the latest Sony 'state of play' show. So much so, that I'm going to wait a few months until software becomes available that's more my cup of tea. This site is permeated with basement dwelling virgin bully boys salivating over their desired console of choice. If you choose to deny that, then more fool you.
Bought the Miles Morales Ultimate edition & really looking forward to putting this gem through it's paces. I'm eagerly anticipating to hear the 3d audio through the pulse headset and to give the haptic feedback on the updated dualshock a real workout.
I like others, expressed my doubts about the facial change in part 1, but I trust the development teams decisions & direction. I'm sure after 10 minutes of gameplay, I won't notice and I'll be immer...
