I honestly don't care anymore & will happily stick my head above the parapet to say, that in my opinion, I found the walking depression simulator to be a steaming pile of p00p, with characters that I didn't care for in the slightest, all served up with an absolutely abhorrent & cr@p story.
It was a total relief to wash the horrible experience out of my mouth, by playing the infinitely superior & "FUN" Ghost Of Tsushima the month thereafter. I d...
Although I appreciate the games technical brilliance & it was a tremendous, as well as memorable experience, I didn't enjoy it nearly as much as I should have.
In my opinion, the game was very frustrating to control. Carrying out such a simple task, as using dead eye, health, changing weapon, opening a drawer or picking up an object required the arduous task of opening, sometimes not one, but two interface wheels. Scrolling to find your desired object in a pinch dur...
Congratulation's Sucker Punch, your stellar work has paid off. For me, not just a Game Of The Year contender 2020, but a game of the entire PS4 generation.
Phiber you are libellous lying scumbag with that vile statement you abusive reptile. I suppose you are proud of a political party who have covered up the crimes of grooming gangs in Sturgeon's own constituency, which is a rat infested, plagued ridden dump which she ignores.
Please feel free to bed over with a stick of shortbread up your @rse, while frantically masturbating over watching Braveheart for the 50th time and voting for a traitors party who will sell Scotland ...
Were they involved in the publics concerns when the knowingly put patients into care homes who were positive, resulting in needless deaths? My best pal Bobby got Covid last week in a Glasgow care home. Another member of my family died of Covid in late Sept after this dereliction of care, at a care home in East Dunbartonshire.
The Snp are anti Scottish parasites who have trashed our economy and public health services. The Socialist and left leaning media in this country give...
Every single article on here about this game, I see you & a few select others on here jumping to defend the game.
I am a Sony player through and through, I shouldn't even have to mention that.
I platinumed The Last Of Us twice & regard the game in my top 5 of all time.
The sequel, I didn't like it at all, to the point where I found the game to be a walking depression simulator. I didn't enjoy the story, nor any of th...
The last of us part 1 - among my top 5 games of all time. Part 2 = the depression simulator with cr@p story, I finished & hated it, & gave it away for free, to one of my mates. Interestingly, Uncharted 4 which Druckman was heavily involved in, was also, not a game i enjoyed.
I can fully appreciate the quality on offer here and I certainly regard Naughty Dog as a top tier, stellar studio. I just regard Druckman, as a diminutive, little political turd who has insulted...
Currently playing this on the PS5 & it's a real showcase of the capabilities of ray traced reflections. Incredible looking game.
Got mine as well. It has, by far, exceeded my sky high expectations.
This game is absolutely magical. Most of the news surrounding this title is about the dual sense haptic feed back & yes I can confirm having got my PS5 this morning, that it's superb.
What I feel that has been somewhat overlooked however, is just what an outstanding game this is, in it's own right. Plus, we got it for free. I was so wrapped up in this gem, that I had nearly forgotten I had Spidey & Demon Souls to try out. The music, graphics and gameplay are...
I applaud Insomniac for their tremendous work on this franchise. The original game was my PS4 game of the generation. It was just so much fun to play with silky smooth gameplay. I'm so looking forward to playing it again (fingers crossed) on Thursday with enhanced graphical features, like ray tracing and haptic feedback. Heck, from the couple of short cut scene clips that I've seen, the new look Peter has already won me over. Then I have no doubt whatsoever, that I'll be blown awa...
Sony themselves stated that they didn't think it was necessary to add a browser as most of the user base nowadays have access to faster mobile devices.
I'm know i'm in the minority here, but I used the PS4 browser regularly for the news & financial markets, as it was convenient from the comfort of a living room on a large screen TV, rather than my laptop in a freezing office upstairs.
It may have to do with payment of royalties, but the lack of Dolby vision on the 4k Blu Ray player, is for me a disappointing omission, as is the lack of said Dolby Vision for applications like Netflix & Disney+.
Also the lack of a web browser is a step backwards, I used it all the time.
I was hoping to utilise the PS5 as an all in one unit and free up some much needed space. Now I'm going to have to hang on to my dedicated 4k blu ray player for ...
The PS3 web browser was brilliant & way ahead for it's time. It even made me a few extra quid while I was at university. I used to download movies from sites like Stagevu and stick them onto a usb stick and sell them down my local pub to the regulars.
I haven't used my PS3 since it gave up the ghost about 6 years ago, but as memory serves me, it was = Triangle = Right click = Scroll down & save target.
It was also top notch for, cough, spl...
I sincerely hope that all gamers getting a new console, for whichever system, get a solid, proper performing unit.
Stories like these, however much validity they hold, bring back nightmares of ordering my PS4 Pro on launch, which turned out to be defective. I returned it to the retailer within the month, only to find my replacement console also gave up the ghost a few weeks later, only this time, as my one month warranty was no longer applicable, I had to go directly throug...
It may be wishful thinking on my part, but I'd love to see if PS5 boost mode can perhaps add improvements to the awesome Driveclub. I'd sell a kidney to play it in 4k & 60 fps.
A quick tip for Days Gone. First chance you get, upgrade your bikes fuel capacity. Enjoy the game.
"isn't too much improvement."
I have just spent the last half hour watching Digital Foundry's detailed analysis & I can easily say, that from a visual standpoint, this title on PS5 has obliterated my sky high expectations.
I must have said "I can't quite believe what I'm seeing here" countless times, as I picked my jaw up from the floor, for the umpteenth time.
The addition of ray tracing makes an...
John, it's Oled televisions that can be prone to burn in. The television that Death mentions is the Samsung Q90R, essentially an Led with quantum dot technology which produces a wider array of colours and has a higher peak white brightness than Oled & has hdr 10+, which the Oled from LG doesn't have.
This television shines, pardon the pun, in brighter lit scenes. Whereas Oled comes into it's own, in a darker environment with true blacks & 'Dolby Vis...
'No one will call you a bigot or a racist for doing so.' Your words not mine. The very director of the game himself, Neil Druckmann has already done so, through his appallingly crass & juvenile behaviour with his tweets -- This one he stole from the late Kurt Cobain.
The quote reads, “At this point I have a request for our fans. If any of you in any way hate homosexuals, people of a different color, or women, please do this one favor for us – leave us the f**k a...
