I think that Assassin's Creed and Grand Theft Auto IV were the most overhyped games.
PS3 exclusives vs. Xbox 360 exclusives
PSN exclusives vs. XBox Live exclusives
Tales of Symphonia on Gamecube is one of the worst games I have ever played.
Chrono Cross! Chrono Cross! Chrono Cross!
And throw in Xenogears, Vagrant Story and Final Fantasy VII - IX while you're at it.
Ah the good old days, when Square still made quality titles. I remember them well.
Don't forget Valkyria Chronicles for RPG of the year and perhaps even WipEout HD or GT5:Prologue for racing game of the year.
Are you kidding me? GTA4 is ugly as hell!
Where are Gran Turismo 5: Prologue and WipEout HD?
You wouldn't believe half of the stuff that has been going on in regards to this. Ordinary Australians are being sent letters by the government for opposing the censor on forums, politicians are accusing other politicians of being pedophiles for speaking out against it and so far, there has been no mainstream media coverage at all.
The ones behind the filter are basically just sticking their fingers in their ears when it comes to any kind of criticism, be it from public surveys, ...

Ridiculous statement. If your game is any good then showing it off and letting people play it can only convince more people to buy it.
Without betas/demos then all people have to go on are reviews and the opinions of the gaming media. And we all know how well that works out. GTA4 anyone?
Oh and "initial cherry popping"? Get some class, guy.
So it's official now is it? 2008 was a failure for the PS3.
Well 2009 is probably going to kill me then because here I was thinking that 2008 has been a frickin terrific year so far for the PS3 and for video games in general.
If you ask me I would have to say that 2008 is probably the second best year I've ever had playing video games and I've been at it a fair while.
I think that I may have used the wrong link for this story.
The threat of this happening is very real. Budget money has already been allocated for this ($32.5 million) and tests are still being run as we speak.
The reason that not many people know about this is because the Australian Government wants to keep it that way.
Critics are being sent letters warning them to be quiet and politicians who have tried and oppose the filter are quickly dismissed and ...

The cool thing about left4dead is that the main enemy is actually the game itself. The 'Director' as it's called is an AI that decides when and where to spawn enemies (and how many) depending on how well you and your friends are doing.
If they manage to pull it off, the game should offer some great replay value which is something that most co-op games don't have.
I am definitely looking forward to this. I wish they would hurry up and release a demo though.
Hope we get a demo soon.
Breath of Fire 3 and 4 too please.
God damn I hate apple.
Vista sucks too but if it came down to a choice between them I would pick Vista any day of the week.
I like to gore.
Awesome news. Thanks for the confirmation guys.
edit: Does player 2 get to enter their own name or do they just get assigned the same name as player 1, like in Warhawk?
I hope they include co-op mode with enhanced difficulty levels.
