God damn I hate these games with unlockable weapons/abilities nowadays. It's like going to play a chess game and one of the players isn't allowed to use his bishops.
It used to be about giving everyone a level playing field.
It used to be; you were either better than the newer players because of skill, or you weren't. Not some manufactured advantage that is supposed to to make up for skill and artificially extend the life of a game.

Definitely agree! BOF4 is one of my top 8 RPGs. I recently re-bought a copy (quite expensive nowadays) because my old one was scratched.
I wouldn't even rate BOF3 in my top 12 actually.
I started looking around for alternative OS's when I first heard about all of the dodgy DRM stuff they were including in Windows Vista.
Anyone could see that it was only going to get worse in Windows 7.

That review made it sound like you can only have multiplayer bots offline.
Is this correct? I have been under the impression that you could also add bots to online matches in order to fill up empty slots etc.
I was very much looking forward to this feature. Does anybody know for sure if you can have bots online or not?
Home is great if you're trying to learn new languages.
You can chat with real people and you can tell who knows what because each different coloured speech bubble stands for a different language.
I don't use Home every day but when I do I have fun. It's not a game. It is something that lets you socialise with other PS3 owners out of game, but still virtually. I still think it's pretty cool.

Sheesh. It has classic Resident Evil controls.
It is classic Resident Evil gameplay and I for one would hate it if they just decided to turn the franchise into Gears of War with zombies.
Real RE fans know what I'm talking about. Too many games are the same nowadays with their cover systems and their magic auto health refills.

Man so many people are knocking the controls.
It wouldn't be resident evil without this setup. You've never been able to move while shooting. That's what makes the game so edge of your seat.
I recommend everyone to give it another try using the 'D' setting in control options. If you loved Resident Evil 4 like me then you will most certainly love this game too.
