That's 80p in Glasgow too!
I had the same experience with SOCOM back then aswell, novelty quickly wore off.
I used to like using the headset for Manhunt, having to remain silent whilst hiding in the shadows, then a little whistle to attract a lone guard or thug - Loved that game, wish they'd do another.
It's worth a venture into Game every now and again as they usually have a deal of the week offer, in December it was Skyrim one week for £19.99 and UC3 the next week for £24.99. I also seen FIFA 12, Goldeneye and BF3 fairly recently at special offer prices for a limited time.
"Heavy Rain was unique and fun but i don't see any real industry changing things coming from it"
The idea of a dynamic storyline, every decision you make throughout the game has a chance of changing the path of the story. Heavy Rain did this aswell as it could with current gen hardware but what Heavy Rain did manage to achieve in this respect will hopefully be the launching pad for what we will see next gen.
Linear FPS games will not be the dom...
double post
About 12 years ago on the original Playstation and in arcades, why?
Why do you want a FPS to be built "purely for move"?
If you didn't buy them then you can't say the same about them, the article is titled "I regret buying Kinect".
"i could say the same thing about the wii, move, eyetoy and 3d gaming. all gimmicks that don't appeal to me."
Why did you buy them then?
I love KZ3 but the way I see it is that it's the best 3D and Move compatible game available.
If your TV is not capable of 3D and if you don't have a Move or you're not good at using it then I can see why you didn't like it.
I agree.
I only game on my PS3 and I haven't been able to keep up with the plethora of fantastic titles available.
I'm still busy with Batman AC and Uncharted 3, whilst still regularly returning to Killzone 3, Resistance 3 and GT5.
And...
I still haven't bought BF3, Skyrim or FIFA 12.
"in my personal experience, the only good joke you can make about videogames is to mock people who play them"
Tell us some of the jokes you have tried that have bombed, they might be more appreciated here as opposed to your usual audiences.
My Move settings for KZ3 are:
Deadzone width: 0%
Deadzone height: 0%
Crosshair sensitivity: 20%
Turn speed: 70%
Lock assist: none
Zoom: hold
Crouch: hold
You may want to start with these settings then tweak them to your liking, I also exagerate my aim a little when calibrating, aiming just an inch or so off the screen to each side.
I was initially quite dissapointed at some of the decisions GG made with KZ3 - changing and omitting so many of the things that helped make KZ2 such a great game, restricting some maps to bodycount only, some of the awful map designs, the short disjointed single player campaign and the tacked on co-op.
However...
KZ3 has now become my most played FPS on my PS3, I have now spent more time on the MP than I did on KZ2 or BFBC2 and I still play it quite regu...
That's why I said - "First time I've seen".
EDIT
Had a quick look at your scores and they mostly seem to average 20% higher than the games meta scores - not saying they all do, but the majority seem to.
Wow! First time I've seen this site give a Kinect game less than 7/10.
"EA reportedly spend 100 Million on the advertising of Battlefield 3 alone.
Evil"
Why is that evil?
@qwertyz
How do you know all this?
I understand what you're saying - basically that all sales count.
However...
Surely when articles are suggesting that Moves sales are catching Kinects, they're talking about attach rate, aren't they?
I mean...
They can't be counting a PSeye, a Nav and a Move as 3 separate Move sales, can they? Everybody knows a Nav is useless with...
He's now going to revel in the fact that he said - "Never a game MADE for Move"
MAG and Heavy Rain were not made for Move, neither were LBP2, KZ3 or Infamous 2. However, the Move is my controller of choice for all those games, so it doesn't bother me in the slightest that some consider them not Move games, I just wanted to jump in and ruin his moment.
Maths NOT math (it is short for mathematics after all) and yes - he/she was joking.
