I enjoyed it. It was different. If it was another 3rd person shooter like Uncharted or Gears but set in London I would have been disappointed.
@The_Infected. Yes it is good but it does not mean much if 27% extra is from abysmal sales last year. If it was 70 plus it would be really something.
Now they just need to do that 4 times a month to beat Sony lol!
Most awarded lineup in xbox history isn't saying much. Still the same, Halo, Fable, Gears, Froza. I guess Tomb Raider just push it past other years.
Abash. Yes. Told xbox fans that bc will not factor much but theu still don't believe.
Some even went as far to say the tide has turned and MS won E3 becuse of bc lol
Those games are all day one multi-plat as well as being big franchise. They would always do fine.
No, as a PS fan we should complain more.
If you don't complain and get Sony to fix it then you are not a true Sony fan let alone a true gamer.
I think that is what they are going for. I think they want to keep true to their art.
A major reason why I play Blizzard games is their cinematics. Honestly I would not mind paying money to see them on the big screen.
Still not sure who has the best. Starcraft of Warcraft.
I am so pumped to see this movie even it is exactly like in the game.
Looks like it will be just an extended versions of their cinematics.
Not complaining about that.
After the void I hope they do a warcraft 4.
Starcraft though would also make an awesome sci-fi movie.
Sony needs to sort it out. As a PS fan we demand no less.
It really was clear win for Sony in everyone's mind's except for the hardcore xbox fans.
What if it a unknown chinese knockoff?.
@pope. I don't understand people like you.
So you say Sony lost market share from the PS2 to the PS3 but here is the thing. You can't carry over your market share in the console industry once you start a new gen. At the start of a new gen everyone starts from zero consoles hence its a clean slate.
Did Nin carry over their Wii market share to this gen?. How were they suppose to transfer over their market share from last gen to next gen?. Converting a...
It would be a huge opportunity for Sony.
Say they sell games with a code for access on PS now that is registered to your account with a $5 mark up for covering cost.
Not only you have the physical copy but it is also available as a digital collection online you can access from any PS Now compatible device.
Once you sell your physical copy the code is deregistered from your account so that the other buyer can use it.
Or if ...
If you have a console and you play 4hrs or more per day then it is expensive. For those that don't have a console and just want to play a few hrs a week i believe it is reasonable to them
Finally someone gets it.
PlayStation now is what is refereed to as a SaaS (System as a service) or as the author puts it is a playstation as a service. It is model that is extremely popular right now in delivering systems/services to the masses. Similar to other cloud tech like IaaS, PaaS etc. It is not something new. Sony are just thinking ahead.
It is not meant to replace consoles or for those that own consoles. It is suppose to provide a virtual PS console...
If it weren't for the fact that I am getting MGSV, Battlefront, Fallout 4 and Persona in this last couple of months (Still playing Witcher 3 and have not played Arkham yet. I would say matters.
@moldybread. Yes they abandon that when let go of ken.
What I am referring to is their strategy for the console generation.
They plan things from the start to then end and they keep to their plan regardless of competition.
They always plan for a 10 year cycle which within they plan specific targets and milestones they want to reach regardless of comp.
It is how they managed to get 100 million back to back with the PS1 and...
@moldybread
The PS3 was outselling the X360 from the get go. It is why in the end Sony sold more PS3.
Sony strategy with the PS has been the same from the start. They actually don't really look at competition and instead set their own plan and march to their own drum. It worked for them in the PS1 and PS2. They tried it again with the PS3 but it didn't come off as well as they hoped hence the tweak in their approach this gen.
Sony alw...
The number one was the first game I played that made me say this is next gen.
The boat scene my mother was around and when she came in the living room she asked what movie I was watching lol!.
Can't believe it has been 8 years.
Seriously. Part one is still my favorite. Part 2 just took everything to the next level and beyond but nothing beats the first time I was introduced to Nat and co.
