You do understand that the PS userbase is very split on this right?. I see more PS fans against this than for it. I myself am a huge Sony fan and I have been here since 2007 and I am going as far as quitting console gaming all together if this is where the industry is heading.
Using Sony defence force reminds me of an xbot back in 2007 that ran a website called Sony defence force to make Sony fans look bad.
Its their financial report. They have to report to investors the numbers they produced and sold to retailers.
They normally produce sales through figures when they get enough time to report them and they are normally for industry stakeholders specifically publishers and devs that are more interested in the number of consoles in peoples hands.

I think its best that they are stating a new IP.
Its weird getting back behind a shield. Its a lot easier game for me. To be fair I have played all the souls and the single blood game.
Bloodborne gets the edge for me because like with Demon Souls it was very dark and depressing. More so than Demon Souls I would say.
The combat as well is brutal. One mistake and you are a goner.
When will you people understand that this will change the console industry to align more with the smartphone and PC industry?.
There is a reason why many don't like how much they spend on smartphones and PC upgrades and why the console industry has been the way it is.
This move will only give more power to the companies and less to gamers.
Before I use to buy one console and it will get the most out of it for the entire generation...

Who said I was talking about N4G?. In all the surveys done for features I never seen cross console online play feature requested.
Even now with the possibility since now MS will allow it like Sony had since last gen we still don't see any pressure from gamers or even the media to make this happen.

Been gaming on console for 30 years now. I think it is a good time to bow out of console gaming altogether after this gen if the industry is going the smartphone route.

Its what is puzzling me. Sony already has the most powerful console and easy to dev for. This late in the gen even if the NX is more powerful it will still have no chance.

I will be honest. I have played all 5 games but I never summoned anyone.
I saw these bell things in Bloodborn but never used them as I didnt know they are use to summon people until the end. Had about 26 of them lol!
But the fun of these games is really playing it alone and be that one crazy SOB crazy enough to go there.
