The problem with PSNow is I simply don't like streaming games. I don't like the input latency, and I don't like the image quality degradation.
Horizon hasn't been the only PlayStation exclusive game to do well. The generation has been peppered with PlayStation exclusives from DriveClub to Bloodborne, they all in one way or another painted a more vibrant picture of what was available on PlayStation. Eh Halo and Gears of War are very well made games. When you say "Calibre" I see a difference of approach to games. Sure it turns out gold like Uncharted, Horizon and The Last of Us, but it also creates crap like The Order.
They could bring out great games but it won't matter, they aren't going to bring back your regular consumer in 6 months, 1 year or even 2. The most they can hope for is to slowly try to inch there way to where the PS3 was in 2010: Solid and worth owning for the games even if all your friends had an Xbox. I don't see them doing that with their current line up of properties, they need a new IP to explode and get some actual traction not more Super Luckeys Tale.

As a Pro and One X owner I don't want games exclusive to them. They were never going to outsell and replace the base hardware, that wasn't their purpose they're just about higher resolutions. This isn't about people being stupid or not, it's about choice and having the option to buy hardware that runs the same software but better.

To be fair, the zombies mode in WaW wasn't anything special. The first zombies map was just a collection of grey rooms, it definitely wasn't the big thing by then. I've had more PS4 controllers with stick drift, the Vader edition and the 20th anniversary edition all came with stick drift out of the box. My XBox One controllers haven't suffered the same fate, not saying it never happens but it's not just an issue with Xbox pads.
