I've seen a few articles like this that frames it like he's 'threatening to release the patch' in a way because he said he urges then to release a patch. It's disingenuous.

I got my PS5 for day 1 and while I agree it will be most likely more popular this 'market survey' seems odd. We know that all ps5's and Xbox Series X's are currently sold out so if anything accurate ratios would be a indicator of stock availability.

I feel like the author and a lot of users have never used or seen m.2 slots before. Having screw spots for different sizes is used for compatibility. Slide in the m.2, press it down and screw where it lands.

Agreed. Console wars are pathetic. I go where I can play the games I want and couldn't care less where it comes from. Gamepass for Xbox and PC is great and PS exclusives are great also. Why anyone feels the need to bicker over them is beyond me.

Daniel Ahmad talked about this on twitter. Digital console will make back money by funnelling that user base through their store which usually retails higher and saves the 30% on average compared to selling third party via stores. He also mentions the digital version will be much more limited compared to the disc based model.

PS5 and PC combo is ideally the way to go next gen. Got my PS5 preordered for day 1 already and Demon Souls. Very hyped

Perhaps in some cases but this is actually very limited. Founders edition was not coming to Aus at all but it was later said a very small batch will go to 1 retailer only as it's only a handful or so available. This doesn't include AIB cards, it's specifically founders editions.

Nvidia are currently partnered with Ubisoft for Watchdogs Legion, so I would expect that to be bundled on release.

I was mixing up between a 3080 and 3090 AIB. Wish we had something inbetween. 3090 is beast but unless going gaming 8k or rendering it will most likely go largely underutilized.
