I don't play that often, but it really sucks when I want to play some Halo, only to find half the fun game types have become unavailable because I don't want to pay even more.
I'm just glad sites like Negative Gamer are around to keep ... abreast ... of the situation.

NG doesn't use a normal scale.The 5 (or, more accurately -5) means the game is about right. It doesn't overly impress and the issues are about what you would expect. Think of it as an IGN/Gamespot 7.5, or whatever their perceived "average" mark is.
I still need to finish that game...

@raztad nail on the head.I'm from NG and I totally agree the game is worth checking out. It's important to get a balance of opinions. If you just read that everything ever was awesome all the time, it would be useless.This impressions post aims to _compliment_ other impressions posts.
You find what you're going to like about the game from other sites, you find what might annoy you on NG. Though of course you may not agree.
