That was awesome!!! So let me know if I get this right: This is a re-imagining of the first R&C right?
Never!!! Oh wait...
Last time I heard they are focusing more on mobile games these days. But Star Ocean 5 is in the works, so there's a chance for VP3. Here's really hoping!!!
Since I can no longer edit my original post, I'm going to write a new one.
If at E3, at least one Japanese RPG gets announced (I'm placing my bet on you Level-5), we know we have a resurgence of JRPGs in our hands.
I want my Valkyrie Profile back too!!!
Not to be negative here, but with the big install base of the PS3 in Japan, and the huge amount of PS4 owners all over the world, it's a no-brainer to just release this game on Sony's console.
Who knows, it might be announced for the XboxOne outside Japan.
And on the side note: Tales of Vesperia sold much better on the PS3 than it did on the 360 in Japan.
Keep 'em comin', don't ever stop!!!
This is not a Diablo-ish game, but the sheer seeiousness of this game is quite comparable to the narrative style of Diablo 2.
Check vids on youtube first just to see if this game is up your alley.
Well they haven't opened up much to the public in terms of gameplay mechanics, so let's see if there'll be other layers to the tried-and-true hide and seek gameplay that this game currently has.
The mystery, the atmosphere and the tension. I'm sold! The robotic monster reminds me of Big Daddy.
Those are really nicely made box arts. Sony really has laid out their roadmap well in terms of spreading out their AAA games. I will buy this game!
Now all we need is Valkyrie Profile: Hrist and we got ourselves the rebirth of JRPGs on consoles!
My wishful thinking has been heard. Let's guess on what or who it will be about. My take? I'm guessing it's gonna be about the first Old Ones. But I hope the expansion lets us continue the game in the morning (after that one ending. Imagine playing in the daytime version of Yharnam!
I have been playing this game like crazy. If there is gonna be DLC I won't complain. I'm not much into DLCs, but for this game, I'm making an exception.
Or, make another From/Sony collabo game!!!
Those are pretty good questions. I also liked the Bloodborne bit. Imagine if Hidetaka Miyazaki and Koji Igarashi make a game together + funded by Sony!!!
Edit: Castle Cainhurst is very Castlevania but very different at the same time. I just love Miyazaki!
You know what would be a great shocker at E3 this year? Sony picking up the two directors (Del Toro and Kojima) and creating a new horror franchise loosely based on PT. I mean, we are having a JRPG comeback and all from the Sony camp, why not resurrect the console horror games as well?
I thought the Pthumerian Queen in the Chalice Dungeons was a great battle. She had at least 3 phases in her and quite a number of tricks up her sleave.
So I am supposed to look forward to the next higher resolution mods of, say, GTA 4? Which was, what, released 8 years ago? I'd rather play new things than look forward to the 4K-8K bump of game experiences I already know.
Sure, grand graphics for multi-plat games come to PCs, but console exclusives also matter a lot. PS, Xbox, and Nintendo gamers are happy as they are with non-4K games believe me.
So what the gamers played last year was incomplete? I would use "Remaster" instead.
I like the atmosphere. Consider me very interested!
Wow, those graphics look insane! It's like I'm watching a CG movie!!!
