Love all the damage control going on in here. Phil Spencer clearly stated that DX12 brings a 50% boost in GAMES performance. He did not say PC only...I'm sorry, but I watched the event, and he did not say PC only.

You can play without being online. You have to go to your settings and change it to "Play Off-Line".

It's all about the tools people. The latest SDK was released by MS on Dec.12th and apparently this update, added to the previous updates, gives devs access to more power than they've ever had with the X1, and much greater esram management.
Not to mention, devs now have more control and better optimization. Far better than they had before. It's no secret that the SDK for the X1 at launch was crap. MS was not ready to launch when they did, Sony forced their hand. <...

Have you played Forza Horizon-2? It's a pretty amazing game. Did you watch the 15-20 minute direct feed game-play video of Quantum Break being played on an Xbox One? I defy anyone to say any other game looks better graphically.

The most interesting and telling thing about this SFV news, is the lack of hate & vitriol toward Sony from gamers regarding the exclusivity, and the lack of negative articles from the gaming media about it.
Let's all remember the MS announcement of the next Tomb Raider being exclusive. The shit-storm that followed that announcement was unprecedented.

I suppose some portion of XBL was down, due to the reports from some people saying they couldn't get online.
However, I played FC4 on my X1 last night between the hours of 8pm - 11:30pm and I did not have any XBL issues what-so-ever.
I also belong to a large Xbox Facebook group, and there were no reports on our page regarding XBL problems.
