Well, I played the Alpha on the "Xbone" as you like to call it, and I can tell you it looks a lot better than the leaked, horrible recordings.
Also, there's definitely some more exciting game-play to be had, other than what you've seen, but I will respect the NDA and not tell you about it.

Ni No Kuni II...lol...I can't imagine playing that game for more than 5 minutes. Ugh...that animation & voice acting. IDK what people see in Japanese Anime, but to each his own I suppose. I promise you though, it won't sell more than a million copies. Very niche.

So the articles big focus is a graphical downgrade, ok fine. Well, if anyone thought the end product was going to look like what they showed at E3-2013, then they were just being silly.
The two short clips they revealed recently, clearly said "Alpha footage captured on Xbox One", and IMO it looked damn good.
If the final product looks even close to what those clips looked like, and the game-play is as epic as we all believe it could be, The Divisio...

@Butchertroll...Umm, that's not what NX Gamer said at all. He said that his actual in-depth performance face-off is still to come. That video was just an initial quick analysis.
He mentions one cut-scene were the PS4 version has rays of light which are missing on the PC & XB1, but causes the PS4 version to drop to 20fps.
So let's wait for NX Gamer's actual in-depth analysis before we quote him as saying the PS4 version is better than the XB1 ...

You quote the last part of the article where DF completely contradicts themselves by saying the PS4 version has slightly better image quality, while you conveniently leave out the sections of the article where DF says the image quality is sharper on XB1 with objects at a distance and the XB1's anisotropic filtering provides much better LOD than the PS4's tri-linear filtering.
Right, where exactly does it say better image quality on PS4? The article actually says the exact opposite.

The XB1 already has plenty of games that are native 1080p with more on the way. FORZA-6, Scalebound, Quantum Break, Tomb Raider...just to name a few future games that are already confirmed native 1080p.

Umm...Well, Forza Horizon-2 is absolutely an exclusive. You can't play it anywhere other than on an Xbox console.
