But seriously, I haven't played Planetside 1 or 2 but the massive scale I've seen in the video's is something I can appreciate a lot. I hadn't thought of it but yeah, it would be awesome to see Planetside 2 on PS4. After MAG, why not? It's out now, free to play, they still have lots of time to make it work before the PS4 is out.

As much as I like online multiplayer, I wouldn't mind if it turns out singleplayer only, just like the 1st Uncharted. I want storytelling that pulls me right in from the start, I want to be suprised by the AI, suck up the enviroments and take my time as I admire the artdirection. I'm expecting nothing less than a game I will remember for years.
After 3 Uncharted games I don't think I'm asking for too much:) Hell, they will deliver, no matter what they have to ...
Pfff, I remember the week the HD collection was released on both machines here in Holland, if you visited a videogamestore and didn't know any better you would have thought it was an xBox exclusive. Shelves were full of it:) No PS3 version available untill the 3rd store.
Starhawk was released in May of this year, inFamous in 2009 and 2011, MGS4 in June 2008. I like these mid-year releases.
Perhaps "From FOX, two phantoms were born" is a reference to Solid&Liquid and at the same time a reference to 2 games running on the FOX engine. One with Snake (MGS:GZ) and one with Liquid, as phantom pain is also a medical term, a form of pain people still can have in a part of their body after it's amputated, so a reference to Liquid's severed hand.
It's 2012, almost 2013, we're 6-7 years in this generation, so who cares about the reasons people might have to buy a PS3 or a 360 now? I'm more interested in the reasons why they didn't buy one of them before. Or both machines for that matter, so many great games over the past years for both machines. Imo, if you don't own one or both of them by now you were simply never really interested in the games available.
I know it isn't, but at least it's in the video, which is better than no mention at all.
I wasn't expecting it to be in the top 10, but good to see that my personal goty Starhawk is included in the video. The game is so much fun online.
True. A new big exclusive FPS or 3PS franchise is very welcome on xBox, next to Halo and Gears. Especially if Gears isn't going to be continued. And what if you just don't like Halo?
I happen to like both franchises, but would like to see something new next gen, more to choose from. Perhaps weird, but kind of like what Sony did this gen: Resistance, War- and Starhawk, Kilzone, MAG, a lot of variety. Sure you can have a miss like with Haze, but I prefer multiple franch...

What's with all the multiplats when you've got exclusives like MAG and Starhawk? Games that are unique and offer something not available anywhere else. MAG is still being played with a small but dedicated community, and the fun and diversity of Starhawk's multiplayer is off the charts.

Watch out for cops though, much harder to get away from and they all have aim-assist turned on. Unbalanced to say the least, really annoying.
I don't get the next-gen fuzz about the graphics, same as with the trailer for Ground Zero's. Sure it looks great and all, but to say it could be next-gen is weird...just go (re-)play MGS4. That game from 2008 looks just as great if not better than these recent trailers.
The PS3 is capable to run these graphics and I'm sure Kojima won't allow an inferior version for Xbox.
