MAG is my favourite game this generation, 1600+ hours and tonight I'm gonna play some more. IF the internet, the PSN and MAG's gameservers are up and running. If not, I can't do shit with MAG. Online only. Nothing offline.

Atari:) Good arguments to. MS has lots of money, a softwaretool manual was in Japanese last gen, and Live is great/PSN is horrible.
PSN is free and allowed LBP usergenerated levels, 256 player MAG, 32 player Starhawk, Dust 514 crossgame play and other stuff not possible on Live. Softwaretools have been reported as great to work with, and both companies have lots of investors.
Of course the next xBox doesn't need a new controller, but that doesn't mean it won't get one. You bet it will. One in the box, and you will buy a second. Batteries included. Rechargable battery pack sold seperately. Better than the current ones, not compatible.

I have a PS3, a big old fat one that's huffing & puffing towards it's 3 ylod judging by the noise of the fan, and I'm seriously thinking about getting a new, quite one for this game alone - and to be able to play all my PS3 games when the PS4 arrives and my current PS3 will be death for sure.
A new old console for one new game, a bit stupid perhaps, but The Last of Us feels like a game I really want to enjoy, I just know it's going to be special and the id...
One game too many, imo not even true for Gears although it only has been one and a half years since 3 and 4 games in one gen, 4 great games, but definitely not true for Kratos. 2 games per generation, last one 3 was years ago. Imo Ascension is as good as part 3, and it looks even better.
And I can handle 2 more on PS4. GoW3 left space for GoW4 wherever it may be and I wouldn't mind another prequel starting as a captain in the Spartan army, the battle with the Barbarians, ...
