I think it's subject to how people perceive the event when. Some like it, some don't. What works for a live audience may not work for a streaming audience. Some enjoy the live musical performances, others would rather just enjoy the music in game. At the end of the day what matters is you have videogames coming if you want or even like videogames and they are coming with release dates.
The puzzles and traps are what they are. Their purpose is to keep you out of something or an area. And in watching some people play it would take them 10 minutes to figure out the first puzzle. Freezing the gear. It's a simple practice of critical thinking that is welcomed every now and then otherwise everything is just handed to you.
Luckily, PlayStation already has their hands about 600+ games deep with experience in game streaming. They have it on PS4 And PC. Not sure about Mac. They had it for PS3 and and select Samsung and Sony blu-ray players but I think the quality of the stream wasnt that good. But evidently if the world is now looking at streaming as a thing now Sony can reestablish partnerships. They have smart TVs with Netflix and Vudu. It the games that will need need good internet and possibly TVs with the bes...
It doesn't matter when it launches. Today tomorrow, or in three years. Unless it's got multiple unique quality exclusives that I can't get anywhere else, then I'm sticking with the Station. With PlayStation I know in one year I can get God of War, Detroit and Spider-Man. Those games there will not persuade me into picking up yet another piece of Xbox hardware. Your hardware is fine. You just need the games that are games not Microtransaction Simulators.
What starts with a G and ends in ass
Gamepass and Gass.
Most likely entirely new game. Spider-Man with Sinister Six, Mr. negative. Spider-Man 2 with venom and Spider-Man 3 leading into Carnage.
Unfortunately it's a sad game we have to play. You still pay your bills though right? I've been down that road of thinking and there's no light at the end of tunnel in the immediate future. So this game we play, you just have to be really good at it. Work hard, make money, save. Have diversity in savings and protect everything you have and own with your Second Amendment right. That's why most of us appreciate yesterday July 4th in order to enjoy today.

On the same hand though, Multiplats never match their hardware install base either. Whether it's PC, PS4, Xbox, Nintendo or Mobile. A multiple game will not reach the same number of devices on the market. As popular as Call of Duty and Grand Theft Auto is the majority of gamers still don't pick them up.
I didn't buy Detroit, but I was still running through another play through on God of War. However, my brother beat Detroit and lent it to me to borrow. Meanwhile he's also bought God of War but hasn't finished it. There will always be a mix of reasons why some games get their numbers and others don't. Of the 363,000 people who got it in 2 days. Hopefully they liked it and are happy with what they purchased enough to play it again sometime. No game is meant to sell the matching...
I'm not sure what tools they need them that they don't already have now. Willpower to develop games and an audience to by them?
Why is everyone so threatened by Sony not currently supporting Crossplay?
👑 Hail to the King.
And then there is VR. The dedication regardless is spread out.
I'm not say that this is how it's going to play. I've only watched what's been publicly released in trailers and gameplay but I'm curious if web swinging will be done similarly to Just Cause 3 grappling hook mechanic. If it is than I can say I can expertly adapt to the controls with ease. Just cause 3 is very fun but I'm hoping the story pieces in Spider-Man are a little better put together. I don't think it's overhyped at all. of the 4 big ones I think it'...
The thing is if Cross-play was such a big deal than why would third party companies allow their game to be made on PlayStation? Because they know no matter what the demand for cross playing is, not having the 2 to 1 software sales over the Xbox with PS4's install base is a huge loss.
My thoughts are Sony at some point will unlock crossplay on their own terms. Most likely around PS5s launch. If they launch PS5 with crossplay as a standard they will mostly likely announce...

The word millennial always makes me cringe a little but I have to remind myself that not all millennials are terrible. And some actually have good taste. 😋
So I do use PlayStation now. But I still buy games. Honestly what I've been using PS now for lately is to play a coop game with one of the kids and it's just so much easier doing that than any of the kids fumbling through discs. I would say if Streaming is the future that the classic option of buying physical or even buying digital games still needs to be a thing or else developers are going to go broke quicker than shit relying on JUST a streaming service. With PS Now it's the PS...
Perhaps if they make a Super Nintendo Box then Nintendo will finally stop blocking Mario from being a playable character in Halo. Seriously I don't get the segregation at all.
Seriously. I get bored watching my son play Minecraft from the terrible graphics standpoint alone. But this this does it for me. Spend a couple hours craft my game before playing a real one until it's done. Couple this with PSVR. All I can say is PS5 needs to have A 3D printer. Make your own Action Figures.
