Haha classic Muskie
The roles help with the grind, and I really just do daily challenges now. Not much else to do. Needs more to spend money on, not enough things to spend cash on.
Red dead Redemption would be my #1 by far
Nice!
I wish games would all have a "low end PC" version so at least you could play them, even at a lower res and frame rate etc.
I am a big VR fan but (unpopular opinion coming up) Iron Man doesn't look THAT great. It looks like a decent flying shooter but i fell like people are over-anticipating it because of the Iron Man name(?) If you called that game "F16 Attack VR" or whatever it would look like I said, decent, but not something to really anticipate. But that is just me, i know lots of people will disagree.
VR kind of already has broken out. There's a good number of headsets out there already and the games are getting really good. I think what will always make it a bit less appealing to the masses, though, is the discomfort/physical limitation of wearing the headset. It means games are short-ish and you can't play them remotely (big limitation for me and I have a PSVR) or have mulitple players in one local playsession etc like with traditional games. That can only be solved by super-slim...
The biggest issue with Stadia is not technical -- although that is a big one -- it's the business model. You have to pay again for EACH GAME in addition to the base subscription cost. That would be like paying monthly for Netflix, then paying say $30 for each individual movie you watch. That's insane. And that's not even mentioning the $130 you paid for the equipment.
Given that set-up you were pretty much legally required to... lol
I hate the Switch eShop. Can’t browse by category, so much shovelware to wade through.
I think once people saw that PS5 logo, it was a game changer.
Team Sonic racing is actually really good in case you haven't played it.
So, the article seems to say that the specs are pretty equal for both consoles? Or am i reading it wrong?
OMG why have i not heard of this, it sounds awesome.
Red Dead Redemption (the first one). Why does nobody even think of that in the best-of-decade lists?
This is spot-on. Witcher 3 is amazing but it is one game and it is years old now. GOG is great but let's face it, any PC game store has to be customer-friendly to gain a foothold against Steam. It's just a business necessity. I have seen this pattern too many times, people excessively idolize a game company based on a small (but good) game track record and then when the company stumbles, they turn on them quick.
I must say that I sometimes play a game on PS4 over Switch when I have a choice because I want the Trophies. Silly, I know, but I like the little "ding" when I get a Trophy, it's like a little endorphin rush.
The design is so similar it seems to almost plagiarize the Switch -- doesn't Nintendo have some kind of patent on the Switch design?
I’m playing through it right now on the Switch and it’s great. Only thing is the frame rate drops a bit in especially cutscenes for some reason but it’s never a problem. It’s censored a bit though! Lol No boobs.
That’s like level 900 Armor at least
