I hope they do a redesign. I strongly prefer the 360 control. When playing resistance i cant help but think it would play so much better on the 360 pad. The weight is an issue for me too, it just feels cheap.
As a pc and console gamer I just dont see why so many pc gamers complain about controllers so much! I can play with a mouse or a gamepad its really not that hard.
I think pete moving to EA is going to be very bad for sony. He obviously still has some bias and the loss of key EA sports games would be devastating for sony. MS still has him on the payroll and they sent him to EA as a "sleeper" in my opinion. :)
I have vista 64 and i honestly have had little problems with it.

Aero you are missing the point that UT3 is made by epic who makes the unreal 3 engine. Epic made the engine, have had access to it longer than anyone else and as such they know how to use it better than anyone else.
I agree with 360rocks. UT3 is made by epic and it HAS to run perfect so they can sell the engine to more people.

I agree that sony does have the better line up for 08 but your "games comin out this fall" comment is a stretch. The MS line up for fall 07 is way beyond the ps3 fall line up.
I have a ps3 and I don’t see what there is to experience. In my opinion the games deliver the experience not the system. It's about the games not the systems.
Dave perry made a few quality games back in genesis and snes days. He hasn't made anything of note in years. He is like trip hawkins and john romearo; a complete failure with lots of bad ideas and a big mouth.
Stalker needs to be on that list, the first time i played through it the game was hard as hell. You start with a pistol that can't kill anything and like 15 bullets!
I think people need to evaluate the source; dave perry has made nothing but crap since earthworm jim. He is the master of failure and obviously has no idea what gamers want out of a game. His games suck more than john romearos and get delayed even longer too. Hey Dave why don't you stop ragging on other people and get to working on a sequel to your masterpiece enter the matix.
Pc prices are out of control. I built a machine in march and i priced the same machine out at alienware, voodoo, dell and gateway. All of them wanted at least 1000 more (voodoo want like 1500 more) than what i paid for the exact same system! It just outrageous in my opinion.
My system is an antec 900, evga 680i, leadtek 8800gts, x6800 (3.6ghz), dominator 8500, themaltake 700w psu, 2 74gig raptors, a sata dvd rom drive, logitech g5 mouse, nostromo n52 and a gateway 24" monitor ....
This is an extremely odd move considering that epic announced that the unreal 3 engine has live support built in. I like live; it makes life much easier and makes it easier to fend off cheaters (you have to pay to play).

abg 428 you should keep in mind halo 3 has sold over 4 million copies in pre-order, that’s 1 mill more than the amount of ps3 consoles in America. Don’t discredit the game it makes you look like a fanboy, its sells like hot cakes for a reason. I will be buying killzone the day it comes out (i own both) but I have zero doubts in my mind that in the long run halo 3 will sell more on brand name alone.
Why god do they keep putting in vehicle sections into half life? In my opinion they pull the game down. I hated the car and boat in halflife 2 they both control like crap and break the flow of the game.
