They definitely have the "use interactivity to create strong emotions." aspect down well! This game freaks me out :D
Thanks for the interview. These devs are great at making such a scary atmosphere in this game (from what I've seen in the trailer), I'm gonna be really curious to see what they work on next.
Thanks for the write-up! No kidding about a lot of major publishers not making true horror games. It's really been the indie devs making the really scary ones... like this one! Too bad this game looks like it'd be too much for me, 'cause it looks really good!
Oh, um, Outlast? Yeah, this game's a bit much for me o_O; But thanks again for the giveaway, N4G!
Without seeing a trailer, I can't tell exactly how the game plays but, from reading the article, I'm guessing it's like Hotline Miami? I wonder if they have any intention of adding a 2-player mode someday to take over for the A.I. partner? That'd be a cool feature!
A Syndicate-like game with 6 playable characters that you can improve in different ways? This game is sounding awesome! I hope it can come to XBLA or PSN someday as well.
The game looks really good from those screenshots. Definitely looking forward to seeing a trailer of this!
It's Inspired by Syndicate? Cool! Thanks again for the giveaways :)
Well, you have a point there; I didn't think about that. I'm sure that the security guards in this game are good people at heart though :)
I see! Thanks for explaining it. I was just watching some more gameplay as well, and I can see how players could imitate the NPCs pretty well. SpyParty looks like it has so much depth, and mastering it must take a lot of practice. :) I'm thinking it would be a blast with friends!
That's quite a title for an article :D Thanks, it was a good read. It's really cool that each character has their own tells and preferences. I'm definitely gonna follow this game's development now (I didn't even know about it before Indie Month!).
I love the character designs in this game :) I'm also a big fan of when devs make the characters' hair a priority. It's great of them to have such a diverse cast of characters as well.
It's very cool of them to NOT make the game show the actual shot from the sniper and just end the match instead. I also really like that idea of having the option of having security just haul off the spy too. I'm so tired of graphic gun violence in games :P
Looks like a very interesting game. I wonder though, since players and CPUs move differently (CPU players generally have set paths, etc.), how are players playing as the spy not just found out right away? Guess I should look up more footage and see how players play it.
Now that seems like an cool idea for a game! Thanks for doing these giveaways.
Been looking this game up; dang it looks cool! :D Gotta get this sometime soon.
After looking this game up, it appears to have a lot of potential. Definitely looking forward to trying it out.
I tried the demo, man, I adore this game. Can't wait to try it when it's complete.
Just wanted to say thanks to N4G for doing these giveaways! Really hope to play Resogun someday.
Whoa, (looked it up) now that's a different looking survival horror game. As always, thanks for the giveaways!
