I prefer chrome as well, Altough I would love to get some nice plugins for it.

Thats why I am a bit like using both FF and Chrome.

But since its not coming it may as well rot in the shelves. Well there are plenty games coming out on both Ps3 and PC so its not a big deal for me atleast.

But as a Finnish game I would have loved to try it out, but since they do this ill get my "Made in my home country" fix from Trine.

well there are many things that PC gamers might accuse in when talking about "death of Pc gaming"

1. Consoles
While consoles still stay overly simple when talking about games, you just pop the CD in and it will always work. While you never know in Pc gaming where theres just a small thing in your hardware or software that may interrupt with launching the game or interrupting with the installation. With consoles, ppl who want to play can play witouth any real probl...

A google Os has potential if it manages to keep with the bar of their other software and web pages. However I am still very skeptical on these "building OS around an Internet browser" imo window system should be similar to linux (there are many different window systems, gnome, kde, xf), so ppl could choose to take the less graphical version and still get many of the benefits of updated OS.

But gotta see what happens, Windows has quite tough grip around the industry so i...

This is the top candidate on my list of games that deserve a sequel or remake. The game itself had some flaws (somewhat harsh on the edges and the length could have been longer(also puzzles could have been harder)) but the plot blew me away.

Seriously, After something like 5 years I finally got my hands on the original copy of the ps2 version (its like some sort of holy grail these days) I had loaned it from my friend before and hated myself for not buying it at that time.

Theres nothing really wrong with XMB, it pretty much follows my preference when it comes to gui. Fast, easy to use, logical, organized and confortable.

There are few things that might use some improvements, like the "folder system", friend list (not overly confortable scrolling down 100 friends :|, also having some sort of group function would greatly lessen the need to add every1 as a psn friend.

it could also use some tools for heavy customization

This title is slightly missleading, ZeniMax Media bought ID not Bethesda (slight difference). For those waiting for open world doom or another Fallout3 (which I personaly think as a great game (loved oblivion, loved fallout so double love for TES: Fallout3))

ID is still the developer for Doom, rage and their other titles. So theyll be as "ID" as they can be. Although openworld doom even with glitches sounds a lot better than badly made half life clone with flashlight ta...

Not really seeing much point, Pc gaming is pretty much dead in my eyes with few exceptions. Pc is mainly a machine to do my work, enjoy media and surf the web.

Other than that theres no need to get new and most likely expensive OS when older one still works well. Ofcourse if it comes bundled with laptop pc that I might buy in near future then its all good.
But soon as bossible = meh

How freaking hard/expensive its to get english subtitles and translations to the games? I mean Its not like you have to hire a group of dubbers just few translators to translate the parts that matter (menu screens, game texts and of course subtitles.

Seriously I hate dubs as original audio is the best in 90% of games, movies and animation. So is it really that expensive after all development costs to hire 1 or 2 translators to translate the game.
Dubs are only for those who...

US has many XO gamers, so its not too suprising to see media supporting it. However in the end it comes to what consoles you have.

If you have both Psp and Ps3, theres no question that Sonys press conferense was the best. Nice ammount of new games coming for both platforms including 2 big ones for psp (Peace walker, GT portable)
Then Last guardian, Agent, FFXIV, Lost Planet2. Then after conference MGS Rising multiplatform info.

However if you only have Ps3 and...

It has been clear for many moths now that even if MGS4 was exclusive, the franchise MGS was not. If Konami would have guessed that X360 and Ps3 would be both selling this well I think they would have planned it multi platform from the very start.

Theres only few 3rd party games this generation which you can consider exclusive. Todays exclusives 3rd party exclusives seem to be more and more tomorrows multiplatform games.

Bioshock, Lost planet, Dead rising, Ninja gaid...

MGS series hasnt been exclusive for a while. MGS4 still is but thats just one game. MGS rising which seems to be multiplatform is just another metal gear game that is multiplatform.

Snake has already appeared on Xbox, and he has appeared in both wii and gamecube.

Personally my "best show" goes to sony, mainly because I own both Psp and Ps3. Sony provided with loads of new info about upcoming games and announced quite a few titles. Nintendo was also pretty...

This time GT wont be about Bumper cars driving on sculpture versions of real life racetracks. I want the cars to interact more with the environment. Car damage is a way in the right direction, but I want grass to feel like grass, sand feel like sand, tyrewalls feel like tyrewalls not like some stonewall.

weather should not be just some small graphical effect that might somewhat limit your vision.

I don't care about the amount of cars if the basics are not handled w...

sadly this game hasn't got as much attention as I have hoped. IT looks pretty promising too, both graphically and game play vice.

Hopefully, now that its multi-platform it will get more attention(as it seems it already has!!), the ideas around it seems somewhat fresh and same goes with the style.

Uk definitely is a troublesome area. While other Europeans see it easily that Uk should get similar price to them as Bounds todays value is only slightly above €uro.

249€ is about 215£ at the moment. (1€ = 0.86£ seems to chance a lot, it was 1£ = 0.91 just a while a go)

Dunno how precisely how this prices might look to British, but considering that I have been importing my games from there for like a year now (They sell games like...

Yeah this "review" is the closest to my opinnion as well. It was pretty good show, no boring graphs or anything really that bad. Quite few interesting games like Alan wake, Splinter cell, Forza etc.

Couldn't care any less about motion controls tough, I mean sixaxis and wiimote do work well occasionally, but these full body control things just seem to be bringing only mini games. Too bad first person "virtual reality" type of games seem still pretty far away ...

Yes you can use Facebook and most likely twitter on Ps3:s browser quite well. Just finished a round of bejeweled blitz(facebook flash game, pretty good) on Facebook with my Ps3.

Dunno about steal, but I think its more likely to see next MGS game to go Multi platform. However this isn't a steal as Kojima hasn't announced any platforms to begin with. Solid snake has already appeared on Nintendo's and Microsoft's console before and considering the way of 3rd party devs this year its very likely to see next project on at least both hd consoles.

As for Mgs4, its possible but considering its an pretty "old" game already I think they should focus on M...

Term mature is a bit tricky to use in games, but for me more mature is mainly the audience the game is targeted to. I am 21 and I still love to play games like Mario kart, Patapon, Locoroco, Jak and daxter etc etc even tough they are mostly rated E or T.

However I too like to play games like MGS4, Fahrenheit, Folklore, Fallout 3 and oblivion. These may contain violence, but they also contain deep plot that is not restricted by games E for Everyone rating. Also giving the player w...

Those where just examples that tell that its not all about graphics, the point is what Wii can do other consoles could do better. If theres a great game with fun idea on wii, theres no technical restrictions on HD-consoles that would make it impossible to be played on them.

edit:

Also you said
"People just want to play FUN games that appeal to them. "

The genre, how many players online or how many polygons the ...
