@Mike_Tha_Hero
Thats because apparently its more fun to complain and be negative about things than to go on about their business and actually find a game that they do like.
I have been asking for the longest time if you dont like the new DMC then why not just ignore it? Its seriously as if they enjoy complaining about the game. Almost as if if they scream loud enough Capcom will apologize and just cancel this.
But I do think the box art work...
@cee773
Out of the 4 DMC games only 2 of them actually ran at 60FPS. The other 2 only ran at 30FPS....so I hate to inform you, but the game running at 60FPS isnt what made it "devil may cry" as you say.
Im pretty sure that Vergil is evil and hes just acting wholesome.
But does this trailer remind anyone else of the tv show supernatural for some reason? lol
freakin game is mad addictive lol
Smh
@trickman
suck? have you even ever played dmc 2
Or 4?
@lucretia
So based on your logic then in the ultimate marvel universe of Spiderman.....it's not really Spiderman because a different person wrote it, changed some things and origins of the characters (like carnage).
That's sound reasoning.
I disagree. While ninja theory definitely says very douchey things from time to time especially regarding dmc. Id say they definitely do care what the fans think, they would never admit it but it's pretty obvious. For example everyone and their mama (myself included) voiced their displeasure of the original concept of this new Dante. They changed it based on fan feedback. People also complained about the cigarette, they've taken that away.The sound effects and music from the trailer l...
You think he tries to hard to be cool? I think he acts like a regular guy...Or rather more realistic but whatever.
effin Alucard man!!!!
I really want some one to make a movie based around catherine. It had such an awesome story.
@The_Devil_Hunter
thanks for clearing that up. Lol but why the hell would they assign the same commands to two different button for example: R1 & L1 being evsde or L3 & R3 being devil trigger??
lol sounds kinda funky
@fei-hung
just wanted to point out that your number 3 issue with new DMC is probably slightly incorrect. Im pretty sure you can lock on to enemies, in every video while dante is firing E&I hes locked on to at least one target, also that ability where he pulls in enimies hes locked on to a target....also his attacks using the stinger special move.
So Im pretty sure its there....it just doesnt seem to show a visible target indicator like the old games.
Awesome... I really liked it.
HOWEVER, instead of spending precious man power on this tech demo, it would have been nice to have those extra people working on Versus...so it can you know actually be released.
@Vanilla Bear
2 out of the 4 DMC games actually run at 60 fps.
There is only ONE consistent formula found in the ENTIRE series. DMC has ALWAYS been about stylish combat, not about running at 60 fps.
I just dont really get this whole new IP thing you guys keep asking for. It seems like many people are saying they like it but they wish it wasnt DMC but called something else entirely....
So....we need another game about a guy that uses twin pistols turns into a demon, and also hunts them down...just call it something else? That doesnt make any sense to me.
Its like saying "Hey. those new James Bond movies are cool and all but they should have made anot...
@thaking155
What are you talking about? He acts just like Dante would have.
Your right he did use alot of vulgar language but just like you mentioned most of the DMC games appeared on the ps2. How many games do you remember back then dropping the F bomb in other than the getaway and san andreas?
Times are changin.
......I personally think it could use more violence/
But seriously this is no more gory than GOW3,
WTH is IVAAN!!!
lol looks epic.
@DragonKnight
I agree with you. I just wanted to point out that not all the DMC games ran at 60PFS But they were still very fun to play. I still think DMC was the best followed by DMC3, and while technical advances can certainly add to gameplay they dont necessarily determine the outcome of an experience.
