CDPR has stated that they are planning to release it in the first half of 2016, this would between now and June. July would probably be too late, especially considering the E3 date in June.

Studio Wildcard released Survival of the fittest on PS4 first for testing and optimization purposes, ahead of the full release of Ark Survival Evolved. I guess the same can be said about early-access on PC and Xbox One.
