The screenshot showing of the fighting scene from down below is lovely. I already like the current visuals, my guess is they will only improve as development progresses.

Blood flowed richly in the demo. As far as gameplay is concerned - i can imagine it becoming repetitive after some time. Still the combat animations were great and the use of combo's add to the gameplay.

Bashing would seem like bashing melee or with a weapon.
Would make throwing grenades hell of a lot easier compared to previous Fallout's.

Well not entirely, they need real photo material for the tracks.
I actually prefer new tracks over new cars this time.
My guess is that it won't be as simple as that. I asked Remedy on the matter at last Gamescom, and according the spokesman, difficulties and abilities will be balanced, in order to assure the game won´t be easy.

The Halo universe allows for a lot of spin-offs. I must confess I'm interested in the Halo ring as well. Although I don't know if a Halo based exploration title is a good idea, I can imagine that exploration elements in future Halo titles, would be a good addition to the series. If they decide to implement this though, it need to be done correctly.
