That's what he claims indeed.
More interestingly - he didn't even work on the game.
With two mid-cycle console refreshments out this holiday season, retailers will likely promote advantages and disadvantages of both consoles compared to each other. In case of the the Xbox One X its it's superior hardware, and in the case of the Pro: it's lower price. I believe that the release of the XB1X could in turn also benefit Ps4 Pro sales.
Let's hope that Microsoft will release this update to the public well ahead of the console's launch in order to take advantage of it.
A reboot seems the way to go, perhaps a prequel.
I do expect Microsoft to have enough units to meet demand. Ah well, they can always carry them by plane right ;)
Should be interesting !
Easily one of the best developers around
At this point, I haven't been excited about VR at all.
An interesting read indeed. Sweeney appears spot on.
Im feeling a massive overhype incoming
Cant wait
except Arcades aren't selling you (or trying to) a product.
Apparently Sony allows retailers to charge consumers by stating that "retailers run in-store activity at their own discretion."
I asked Remedy to comment on this matter and in the link you'll find the response of Remedy's head of communications, Thomas Puha. http://wccftech.com/unregis...
This game is on my list, day one
The RPG part is interesting
Would have been amazing if CDPR would release a title update the same way Crystal Dynamics will for Rise of the Tomb Raider - 3 different visual modes, each with its own benefits.
It will be interesting to see how the PS4 Pro's head start will affect the reception of the Scorpio.
@Eonjay Actually, it was Greene who said that in a recent issue of GamesTM. "Definitely on Xbox One X, 60FPS", he said. Wccftech just covered that quote.
