one of the reasons why 360 beat PS3 by 50K units in Jan NPD. Granted ME2 came out, plenty of PS3s were in shortage. At Target, all surrounding locations in Columbus OH were sold out for the longest. When they got them in, they were all sold out in the same day.
If there was a plethora of PS3s to go around, PS3 would've beat 360 in NPD Jan.

Some of you young noobs don't know a thing. Back in the day, even the best of games received at most 9.8 or maybe 9.9s. Now 10s are given out as much as sliced bread. GTA 4 for example (definitely not a 10 game).
Now everyone expects everything to be 10. Someone's gonna go overboard and eventually give a game an 11. It'll be all the rave.
I was thinking the same thing. I'm gonna have that new trailer downloaded in HD as soon as it hits. It'll be on my PC, PS3, and PSP.
in the Electronics (video games) dept I can say for sure these cards are old. Dunno why this is just NOW making news.......

The reason why COD MW2 got a higher review than MAG is only because of 2 reasons.
1.) It's mega popular
2.) It's Noob friendly
Once you actually look passed the hype, it's easy to see this. MAG is a lot more tactical than Call of Noob. In COD, 1 person on the team can just go through and dominate and their team can win (I've done this many times). You try to go "COD" in MAG and you get OWNED. It's all about team work. The online is great in MAG...
You can play some tunes on couch while you read a book.
Pop in a blu-ray movie or stream a movie on Netflix
You can check your email or send an email. Catch up with friends.
You can check the news on a website or stay up to date on your sports.
All things and more that you can do with the PS3. PS3 = more than just gaming.
Still looks good but a rental for me. Now, 1st day buy = another game coming out in March whose protagonist's name starts with an K and ends with S. 3 guesses anyone? lol
As we know all CG, hopefully Sony comes out with a God of War 3 commercial during the supowerbowl.
it's safe to say that the market team is a little better than what they were in the past. Once the PS3 Slim hit the market, the marketing team with Kevin Butler has been on fire with their fun and witty commercials. Be ready for a slew of "Dear Playstation" God of War 3 commercials.
Definitely 2 games worthwhile downloading in the first place but if you're trying to get girls to play, they're the perfect fit.
People seem to think that the Wii is the only "fun" system. The PS3 is as well and when the PS3 Arcs come out later this fall, the PS3 will truly do Everything.
Sony is offering these same games on sale too during their 10 for 10 Sale. What I'm interested to see if whether or not Amazon will start to offer sales even when Sony isn't. That's the clincher right there. Especially if other retailers start to pick up PSN games.

let us first wait till a 360 game matches the likes of Uncharted 1, Metal Gear Solid 4, Killzone 2, Uncharted 2....... Until then, let's not talk about anything "looking better if it were on 360"...
They have the whole greek mythology to work with. Anyone has ever looked into, read, or research knows that there's VAST depth in greek myth and enough content to make 15+ GOW games.
The GT series has always had RUF which are basically Porsches anyway.
a brand new 120gb slim for under $200 for it to be my portable PS3. Getting a carrying case for it too. My 80 gig (PS2 bc & 4 ports) is too big and heavy to be carrying around to friends' places to play.
Rental confirmed. Or at least a used purchase around $20 but definitely not a $60 buy. Everyone says the game is "Ok" I gathered that from the demo. Oh well, GOW 3 is ever so close.
