the PS3 is still the 3rd fastest selling console. We're not talking about initial weeks. We're talking overall.
RDR was just a redressed GTA4. It was a good game, but not GOTY. Maybe 1 publication will give it GOTY.
God of War 3 tops my list. No other game has given the same scale or epicness that GOW3 has done. GOW2 won GOTY back in 2007.
Other notables
-Mass Effect 2
-Little Big Planet 2
-Super Mario Galaxy 2
-Gran Turismo 5 - yes it's a racing game but a racing game like no other. 3D, head tracking, 1080p 60FPS, the ...
Some still say TM2 is the best TM out there. And TM2 was Teen.
see subject title
just because it's T. Let's not forget that Twisted Metal 2, arguably one of the best (some still say the best despite Black) TMs out there is rated T for Teen.
I loved the 1st Infamous and thought Cole looked ok but this new Cole makes him way more badass. The tattoos really help. And remember, we still don't know what he looks like in evil form.
The old cole was kinda generic. He lacked definition. He's not someone who stands out like Nathan Drake, Snake, ect. He's "filler".
I'm sure when it's all said and done both good and bad cole will look badass. And the gameplay will be great too!
can find at Billy Joe's shop down the street. Regular retailer prices like the ones a lot of people frequent.
For instance: Target
Wifi = $99.99
60GB HDD = $99.99
I also saw that you can buy LBP GOY Edition with DualShock 3 controller for $59.99 What we have here is two great deals. Again, the value has always been better than the 360 but this is just adding more to that.
I have 4 PS3 controllers anyway.
I'm a PSP Go owner and I'm not the one least bit worried about it. I will get the PSP 2 when it comes out. It will probably have some large hard drive so all my digital games will just be redownloaded onto the new system. As it stands right now, I get FAR more use out of the Go then I did with the 1000 and 2000 I use to own. Kinda nice to have a mp3 player that doesn't require bookbag size storing space or not having to carry around a UMD carrying case which was bigger than th...
For Arcade my racer of choice was easily Burnout Paradise. That game had longevity with the continual expansions.
Now I have Modnation Racers which is a kart racer. This game will easily have tons of longevity as long as UFG comes out with expansions on tool and kart/track editing.
I won't be buying another racer till Gran Turismo 5.
As a previous owner of a 1000 and 2000 series, I love the Go's all digital functionality. I also use it as my IPod/MP3 player. It currently sits at 32GB and I have TONS of music and videos on there. I also have about 15 games on it. It's so nice when I can have all my games/music/video in one nice convenient package.
And while I agree that the PSP Go price should be 199, the 249 price is not ridiculous. Compared to the Ipod Touch it's pretty reasonable.
it doesn't touch LBP in terms of user-generated content. The fact of the matter is, LBP has been out for almost 2 years while MNR has been out for 4 days. Let's be serious.
MNR, much like LBP, improves as time goes on. Updates giving users more abilities, tracks, ect ect.
Video and music sharing might be included in a PSN+ subscription. It'd be nice if you could completely install Home on the HD. Makes me think I'm gonna have to upgrade this 120gb to a 500gb this summer.
The PSP Go made so much more sense to me than a Ipod Touch. Not only can I have my games, I can have my music, videos, ect too. I can put my PSP Go in my aux input in my car just the same as an Ipod Touch. My PSP Go currently sits at 32GB.
Even though PS3 at launch was considered the best bluray player even now, via the 2010 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) back in Jan, the PS3 Slim STILL won the award for Best Bluray Player.
It doubles as my MP3/Ipod. It's the same size as the Ipod touch and is priced right between the 8GB and 32GB Touch models. I love the convinience of having all my games, videos, and music in one small device.
I use to be the owner of a 1000 & 2000. I had a UMD carrying case with about 8 games and the case was bigger than the PSPs themselves. The 1000, 2000, and 3000 are IMO known as the Not-So-Portable Playstation Portable. The Go can just slide in my pocket ...
and IMO they can still do it.
People will always hype and you'll always have some "insider guy" saying he knows the date.
The FACT still remains that PD only stated ONE date thus far which was March 2010 for Japan ONLY and it was delayed. Europe and US never got an official date thus was never delayed here.
Thanks for playing.
