The PS3 has 512MB too, it's much more faster as it's uses XDR, aswell as the RSX's GDDR3, the 360's inferior RAM is slow as hell as it's shared, because the CPU + GPU will just eat into each others performance....

GTA IV was a good start by Rockstar working on the PS3, except it's problems, but I'm sure they'll do a even better job (framerate, rendering etc) with the next GTA as Rockstar will understand the Cell alot better, GT5p was better than GTHD, and it will keep getting better when GT5 (the full game) comes, because as I said, Polyphony will be getting used to the PS3 alot lot better.
and this info goes to the Socom developers too, and remember when EA had some of their games @ 30fps...
