Castlevania is a textbook example of a "timeless classic". The music, the setting, the challenge. All those things still hold up.
I'm genuinely surprised Toshinden never had a digital release. That was THE PS1 launch game.

Games like Skyrim and Fallout 3 got praised to high hell with 9-10 scores winning every goty award ever but on a technical level they were a glitchy mess. Any other developer would've been scrutinized for such buggy game engines. But they kept using the same laughable coding over and over because they have never been held accountable for it.
Another "journalist" making some imaginary argument about something that's not an issue. Medievil is a classic PS franchise. People have been asking for more love for that series for a long time, especially after Daniel Fortesque appeared in PS Battle Royale. Sony delivered. There is absolutely NOTHING negative about this remake. NOTHING. This is a stealth bash article just throwing a jab at BC.
That's what happens when you keep giving buggy games a free pass and perfect scores across the board.
Tell that to the disgruntled fans downvoting the YouTube trailer to hell. People don't want this.
Funny how Warhawk got bashed for being a budget title that was multiplayer only. Fast forward to 2018 and now most of the big multi-player games are doing the exact same thing, charging full price and shoving micro transactions down our throats.

You'll never get anything but the "wrong" version of Resident Evil digitally. Because of a lawsuit Capcom can no longer distribute the original version because they don't have the rights to the soundtrack.
The Room was way ahead of its time. I'm glad people are looking bad and realizing it had a lot going for it. I believe this game has such a bad rap because people can't help but compare it to the other Silent Hill games instead of appreciating what it was trying to do.
Cuphead, Ori, PUBG... Those games are on PC, not "only" on Xbox.

So people want cross play, in which pc mouse and keyboard has an advantage over a regular controller... But if people on consoles use mouse and keyboard they get banned???
You know, when people pull the "only about 9% of people played the whole campaign" on the last one... It doesn't mean that people don't want a campaign... Maybe it means you have to focus on making a better one... I don't think it benefits anyone to get features taken away from games.
Reviewers always give Bethesda a free pass. After games like The Witcher, Horizon, Spiderman, Ass Creed Origins etc you can't just say the scope of the game justifies the lack of polish.
If people have to fork over the money for it I think most people would rather just get Black Ops. If it's free on Plus or something it might have a fighting chance. Otherwise they are way too late for the party.
