Exactly. You might beat people that have no idea what they're doing. But any half decent Tekken player will not lose to someone mashing with Eddie.
Just the fact that Eddie is on the pic makes me thing this was written by a noob. Plenty of op characters in the Tekken series... Eddie and Christie are NOT.
Come to think of it... I remember Nate saying stuff like "oh crap!" while getting shot but don't actually remember hearing any pain grunts or anything while being shot at... There might be on to something. I should replay those games and check.
Repost.
Final Fantasy VII and Ocarina of time are the most overrated games of all time.
I'm still waiting to see which Korean they are gonna bring back. Now that Talim is back it actually opens the door for Yunsung instead of Hwang.
Does this work on PSTV? I wanna play my old PS1 games on a big screen.
It's not like David Cage invented graphic adventures. This is a genre that has existed for decades, predominantly on PC. It's a game. Period.
How would you actually play on that thing? That is not practical at all. Or do they actually think two people can play something like Street Fighter on that tiny cardboard box? It's neat and all but apart from it being a cool, to me it's nothing more than a glorified Switch stand.
Let people manifest their creative vision without having to worry about every sensitive person that goes out of their way to be offended. They want "equal representation". You can have Lara snapping the neck and putting an arrow through every guy she finds on her way. You have a game where you can shoot a woman, it's misogynist. If the story actually haves you saving a woman, then you're portraying them as weak and damsels in distress and being sexist. You can have bare ches...
Sadly, DDR is Konami. So there's next to zero chance of that series making a comeback.
This from the guy who took so long making a spinoff game that he actually had to make it a numbered sequel...
I couldn't help but reading:
"No! Hehehehe.... Bunghole!"
I get where you're coming from. It makes it sound like the uncanny valley is something you strive to reach. When in reality the uncanny valley is something you "fall" into. You want to be in either side of the uncanny valley, not actually IN IT. So saying that Naughty Dog reached the uncanny valley is like "They f*cked up and got unsettling character's as a result"
Soul Calibur is a medieval fantasy setting. Read a Conan comic, watch Game of Thrones, look at the cover of power metal albums. They are all distinguished by certain ascetic. Bulky bare chested men and scantily clad women. Noone had an issue with this until a couple of years ago when apparently the female figure became "offensive". You don't like it, don't play it. Vote with your wallet. But don't act like some high and mighty "activist" just because you bitch...
Well, play Dark Souls. There's no garlic, but you got an onion! Hey, it's a start! XD
Hoping for a VR mode.
I'm probably alone on this... But this game to me is starting to feel like The Emperor's new clothes. Everyone seems to be extremely excited about it. I mean Hideo Kojima and the cast are amazing. But there's only so much abstract trailers with no context I can take before losing hype about this game. I have no idea of what's going on, what the gameplay's like, when it's gonna be release, why Norman Reedus is always naked... Hopefully we get more clarity at some point ...
Nero's lineage is pretty on the nose. Hell, Vergil is Nelo Angelo (pronounced Nero Anjero) in Japan. They literally have the same name.
Mechanically speaking it's the best MGS (in terms of actual control of the character). Everything else was just bad... Still think Snake Eater was the best game in the series.
