Very much agreed, I can't stand all the stickers and lack of manuals either (Not that I ever read them unless I'm bored). If I buy a game, I make sure it's worth the money first and after that it'll more than likely stay with me until the end of time. I still have psx games (that I sometimes play! YIKES!)
s two updates considered a good thing? I like the updates that constantly have been adding new features personally. Sure a lot of them are "better compatibilty" that don't show anything on the surface, but I suppose that's good too if I happen to play a game that needed a fix (I have yet to cause I own the 60gb full bc model)
Please show me a legit source that has had any issues with this update. Things to consider:
1. No name site reporting
2. Did you see the uproar after 2.4? Why hasn't that happened again?
3. The reports were all different things, if it was the FW they would be the same thing (just like we saw with 2.4)

I'v had issues with any update either. I think we can all acknoeledge that 2.4 had some issues, but now it seems even when the firmware is working people want to question it.
If you read it, it gives several different "results" of the "broken" firmware. Well here's a little thought. If it were the firmware, wouldn't people be having the sames issues? I'm gona go with yes since it's happened in the past. That being said, this article is crap and shouldn't be approved at all.

If you want to stop preowned sales, make a game that no one ever wants to let go. Then it'll never be traded in.
As far as how it would affect me, I hardly ever buy used or sell games so it really wouldn't. (I hate buying used and getting a beat up disc for $5 less than the retail cost).
But my heart and prayers are with her family. His too, they are going to need the support after people start blaming them for their relative's actions. Just sad all around.
If not, do so, cause the game is awesome from what was in the demo alone (and that didn't offer much). Combat seems simple enough to do, yet complicated enough to combat. The moves have been fun to watch and the added bonus of "jump in" characters reminds me abit of MvsC.
Online would be cool, but as this pointed out, where would the camera focus in an online match when both players are bouncing about? (and I totally am going to use tasty marker later...)
My guess is that's why it says primarily regarding Warhawk and Shadowrun. Yeah WH has offline multi, but do you know anyone that uses it? I don't. Know anyone that bought it for offline multi? I don't. I do know a ton of people that bought it for online multi and to play online though.

But $10 is too much. Why would I pay half the price for a movie instead of just buying the dvd (or Bluray depending on the film). That was the major issue with UMD. It's a great portable format, but why pay the same amount for limited function?

I agree, the Lion King game was actually pretty awesome. I don't know if a remake would be needed though. PSN makeover perhaps?

More info: I can't even get my Zune to run with Vista. The odd thing is that it ran fine, until I installed a vista patch for zune. Same with my brother based printer. Everything was great until after the patch from MS. Seems sort of stupid to me that patches break whatever was working. Wasn't it supposed to work the otehr way?
