Did people think MS was going to give something away for free? Cmon now! That's insane! They are going to use this as another way to bleed mucrotransaction money from their fanbase just like most other things they use.

Well I would have bubbled then I read the last part saying it won't be as good as people are saying. Isn't that the sam ething you're complaining about? No one can say how good or bad it will be until they have played it.
I stopped reading at the At Last. No sense reading an article that thinks the PS3 only has 1 "killer app" especailly after MGS4 just came out.
Alas, they never will as long as this generation is more about fanboy wars than consoles.
For both consoles. Just because scores didn't show what people want isn't a reason to not play the game. For people that actually listen to paid and bias reviewers it may be, but I'll rent a game if I think I'll like it even if it got a 2/10. It may suck, but I've found plenty of games that are awesome even though scores have said they suck.
This game looks like it's going to be wicked fun.

Sounds like it wouldn;t work all that well. It would be a constant and ongoing deathmatch which may be interestingly, but probably not that fun.
And also how about "Where the hell are your parents and why didn't they raise you to know the difference between games and reality?" Seriously, when are people going to wake up and realize that a game didn't make any commit any crimes. Just like music didn't make little gang banger kids get guns and shoot each other up. People are still responsible for their actions....unless we humans are much more weak minded than I thought before..

The point he's making is EA ports everything to everywhere. Not that a publisher does that. It's just EA practice.
To a point. Zombie Killing with friends also sounds fun to me. Wave after wave sounds even better. Subtract friends from that and it sounds like crap.
This is a careful PR statement for "we're starting production on the PS3 version next week, so yes there is no PS3 version currently in production".

And I liked NG1 way better. NG2 became all about gore and less about actual play. Not that the play is bad, it's great, excpet when you are bashing the heck out of an enemy and somehow they grab you while staggering backwards and take off half your life in a single blow on normal mode. I'm all for hard games, but this one seemed pointlessly hard, like they are trying to force you into using items and such (which I try not to do thanks to DMC1 and the penalty imposed for using items).
Acheivements are a lame rip off as well you know, unless you never played agame that had an unlocked feature as per a requirement completing something in game. All gamerscroe and achievements did was add points to it.
Not to mention games like Spyro and Ratchet had the system before 360 started using it.
And I'll probably be one of them. But hey it does force me to try the game. Is there a catch? Like if you like it, say you didn't and get the cash? Or do they perm ban your ip or something? I'd say that would be a smart but over kill move...
I don't own Burnout Paradise but most people I spoke to (none of them gamestop employees) said the PS3 one looked better.
But a lancer without a working chainsaw? Meh at best. (Model looks cool though)
