I like how they pretend they don't know it's a pirated copy. Good work on screwing yourself and since you decided to play it early you'll probably get banned if you go online and in the mean time you'll mess it up for the rest of us who will not also get banned once they figure out how the game is running on your system.
It's not a blanket statement of Muslims are upset. The issue isn't the whole group of muslims. The point is someone found it offensive and in efforts to prevent that offense, Sony pulled to correct the issue. If the game weren't E rated I doubt this would have been done, but it is.
I don't see how people can't get past their own blinders to se ethat if someone took something sacred to you and placed it in a game inappropriately, you'd be offended while anyone else that may...
Yeah that's why the church in resistance was such a big deal right?
No one likes the way their religion is treated in media. LBP was an example of crossing paths in religion. Some sects of Muslim say it's ok, others don't. Same way you'd find churches that allow open homosexuality and those that condemn it. The people behind it make that decision on how to interpret the words of religion and thus, the problem with religion.
That being said, Sony made the righ...
I agree, as long as Sony credits the author in some way (Just a mention is needed) I'm perfectly ok with this.
And what happened to the users can sell their own creations? This must tie in with that somehow right?
Yup, I very much agree with you. Sony simply needs to show the world what they get with the PS3 that they don't get in other consoles, and then they need to show the consumers WHY they want that. It's not hard, Microsoft still does it even with the RROD issue. Wii did it without even trying (I don't care what Nintendo says, there's no way anyone could have seen the success Wii has created).
I've always held the believe that Sony's PR policy is "First Person to the mic g...
The Arcade is only a threat due to stupid consumers who fail to realize that you're still going to need a hard drive and other things to match up to what the PS3 gives you out of box. Sony needs to team up with apple and develop a similar ad campaign for PS3 vs. 360 as Apple did for Vista vs. Mac.
Plus, that would be really funny. I love those Mac ads.
I thought the newer Xboxs were fixed? Sucks if they aren't, I know I was ticked when I had to return my 360 right before Assassin's Creed came out.
Some guy I played COD4 with is over 200 days. I shall miss him...
Why would I want a buddy who is distracted by playing, let's say a sports game as he's yelling about slam dunking on some dude while I'm trying to dodge gunfire in Gears of War? I agree with the article, what point is there in across game chat when you still have to get up to change the game anyway? Not like you both can say, hey's lets duck out of these games and play Halo. You have to go through the same process with chat as you do without. So meh to it.
Actually possible in this game? Cause Rise of A Ninja most of them were online additions that had to be purchased, and that's just crap.
Congrats on being troll number 1. Who cares what XBox had/has? Years later and it doesn't have free online either so what's your point?
Those would be nice, it is annoying sometimes when you're just trying to do a burnout challenge and can't due to people inviting you.
Rocks. I love having the EXP level so I can officially gloat about the level being higher. I know it's pointless, but it's fun!
The Headset should work across all games since the update is to the PS3 itself.
Lego Batman is pretty awesome.
I played the demo and it's a lot of fun. I'm getting this one day one as any Naruto fan should.
Is that dude's friend that went offline and came online "BabeBro" is gonna get a lot of hate mail solely cause his PSN tag was in the video...
Whoever made this is an ass.
I for one do not hate the PS3 and I don't even mind installs. But I will say this, when I bought DMC4 all I wanted to do was rip open the package and play. Not Possible due to install.
Does that matter? Not really, I enjoyed the back history of the DMC series (even though I've played them all) and once it was loaded I got busy. What I agree with the author on is it would be a cool feature if I could have downloaded the data early and skipped the wait.
Actually, the first big game install was DMC4. And it got heck cause the 360 version didn't have one. Other games, such as Heavenly Sword had installs long before DMC did.
And to people saying what about people that don't have internet, The author is probably suggesting an edition to PSN, not removing the data off the disc. The game needs the data to play I would think anyway so removing it would cripple the disc.
My thoughts exactly. A bubble for you sir.
