Wow, Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles really is selling in Japan. Well, not THAT well yet (too early to tell), but it looks like it's doing much better there than in North America.
Many, many possibilities here. Could be Pikmin, F-Zero, Starfox, Mario Party...There are plenty of Nintendo franchises. And actually, we don't know for sure it's a Nintendo series, but it does look like it will be.
Birth By Sleep and New Super Mario Bros. Wii are still doing well. But HeartGold/SoulSilver is actually at number 10 this week and may actually fall out of the top 10 next week...It's also disappointing that Spirit Tracks isn't doing so well.
Last Rebellion didn't receive the best score, but Ar tonelico 3 fared a bit better.
I admit I'll be disappointed if this doesn't come out for Wii. Well, if it's good that is! But this Sonic title interests me more than more of the recent ones...

Kind of a lame reward. One of the best bonuses from Nintendo I can remember is Ocarina of Time: Master Quest, from when you pre-ordered Wind Waker.
Mario Kart Wii continues to sell, but part of the reason for that may be due to the Wii Wheel that comes with it. And man, Just Dance is crazy.
Not a bad week. I'm really considering Dark Void Zero as a possible download for me...
Just thought I should mention that No More Heroes didn't do so badly in North America (and maybe Europe? Can't remember this second). The only place where it did very badly was in Japan.
I can sort of see why people didn't pick up The Crystal Bearers as it has a number of flaws, but Silent Hill is another story. It's crazy how people say there are no good games to play on the Wii, then something like Shattered Memories is released, and no one buys it.
I'm genuinley happy with that score and I'm hoping it does well.
Has anyone seen the game's commercial yet by the way? It's pretty amazing.
Well, the good news is that the next Nintendo console will support HD. That's pretty much confirmed at this point.
Even though Demon's Souls is a great game, I would have chosen Uncharted 2 as the top title.
I'm also surprised that New Super Mario Bros. Wii isn't even in their top 10. I just received the game recently and not only found it to be much better than the DS title, but it's also just a lot of fun in general. I'm not saying it's number one, but it should be in the top 10.
So...The only other reviews for Mass Effect 2 are PC Gamer (90%) and the Xbox Magazine (9.5), right?
Oh, and for those wondering why Silent Hill is being reviewed now, it's because the game doesn't come out until February in Europe.
You can clearly tell that the holidays are over, but those are some pretty big sales for the PSP. Those numbers are probably because of Birth By Sleep, though.
Wow, this is by far one of the best months Nintendo has had in recent memory.
I agree with you in some respects, but I'm not a huge fan of 3D yet.
Man, I have a feeling I'm going to love this game. The Wii needs some good NBA titles anyway.
