i always was baffled last generation with M$ lack of advertisement.
even if a game was on all three systems, they always showed the playstation box over M$ and gamecubes.
i told my wife that has to hurt their sales.
they evem could have made a commerical about the specs of the original xbox alone last gen. letting the average joe understand why the xbox was so much more powerful than the other two.

This was yesterday...I called to see if it went on sale. the clerk told me at 4:30 they will start selling them. that is when i get off...so no chance of being there at sale time.
i asked if there was enough for those who did not pre order. she said barley...so i better get there quick.
i got there at 5:30...i just new i would not get one.
i ask the clerk if they are still selling copies to...
i know i know it wouldn't be the same...but, they could have made the blue ray player as an add on and got the PS3 out a long time ago.

He tries to take a dig at the over all achievement points on the 360,saying that doesn't show me what games you are good at...just shows your online alot...
i guess he doesn't know that all you have to do is click on "view games" and see exactly what games your over all achievements come from and why.

i got to say, i have never experienced a major problem with LIVE (if any)...except an issue that is the game itself or with my internet provider.

one thing from the interview that i was glad to hear from the Col. was this:

the 360 does not need this...the WATER cooled system included in way enough to keep your 360 cooled.
that simple sticker left on a batch of 360's, from one factory, caused a mass panitic that all 360's over heat.

btw, i think i would be better to have said the playstation3 plays games but has the potential for more...
because having potential doesn't mean it does it or does it well...
for example...i have the potential to be a great guitar player...but i am only an average guitar player...see what i mean? anyway
it sounds like the launch was very complicated.
anyway the last paragraph indicates some b/c problems as well as online problems.
if i was getting a ps3 (i won't) i would wait until things are better known and all the problems are ironed out...which will happen...eventually.
