What do these people not get? hardly anyone has HD-TV's.
The TV's are the anwser. Not the players.
How are they going to sell any kind of HD Player and HD-DVD when we can't afford an HD-TV? (whew! that was a lot of HD in one sentence)
how about working on getting these tv's to the every day people. lower the prices please. Then we will buy your fancy movies and players.

the tv tech is next gen because of how they did it.
somehow they have developed a compression program that allows for huge amount of movies and tv shows without taking up any space.
if you think about THAT, that is unreal. it would be like having your movie collection on one disk then having oblivion game on the same disk...that folks makes it next gen.
any kind of new tech will lead to greater things to come...even if this seems dumb to some of...
