Even Digital Foundry is impressed with how it looks on Xbox. Good job Remedy!

Can't wait to play it.

To Windows it is.

Don't forget, you are a Sony fan first. You will always feel disappointed and lied to.

Remedy can put whatever resolution they want on Xbox. You have the option of having higher fidelity in Windows.

You paid 1500.99 for your gaming PC powerful enough to run it?! You were ripped lol. You can spend a fraction of that to get the performance you need for a computer that does VR and so much more. There are so many deals out now and new GPUs being released this year.

I guess you missed out on some common sense.

New generation is being dumbed down even further. Smh

Or build a desktop for $600 and Oculus for $600 and you have a fully functional computer that you can do more on then just game. So I guess not every angle.

Oculus Rift $599 plus upgraded PC ~$300. $899.

$50 more for the superior experience? That's a no brainer.

PC will have so much more functionality beyond VR it makes the Sony combo look like a joke. Now that's value.

How's it final if he didn't play the upcoming raid?

Also, was he really hungry when he finished writing this piece?

How much do they have to lower the graphics settings in order to hit 60 minimums?

The games will look like they belong on the Wii U

@zejanimal

It does make sense. If $400 all of a sudden magically popped up to purchase this, why not save a little more and get the better product, considering everyone has a gaming PC now.

$400 is for the base head unit. You still need the move and eye. That raises the price again. Over $400, when so many were asking for a $300 bundle. How many are going to purchase it now?

We already know, even from Sony's own mouth, that PSVR is in...

No, you are absolutely correct. The PSVR is the inferior product and it's price reflects that.

It's too bad you are saying those who buy the PSVR are not smart enough to know the difference between it and the higher end offerings, and that Sony is capitalizing on gamers ignorance. Shame.

$400? Let's see how many are willing to dish out so much for a peripheral.

Might as well get the superior Oculus.

If you want Sony to sit on their heels and not address the coming changes in the gaming landacape, go right ahead. More for MS.

LoL, Sony fans are upset that Microsoft is the first to offer cross platform with the OPPOSING console.

This must have flown right over their head.

Have you seen all the Xbox, Oculus, Vive, Wii, PC, etc articles where trolls bad mouth everything if it isn't Sony?

If this is your first time here then OK, but this happens on a daily basis.

3655d ago 0 agree2 disagreeView comment

Who in their right mind thought PSVR would match the Oculus in quality? You would have to be pretty delusional if you can't accept the spec difference between the two. Glad this was cleared up by Sony. They are already throwing the towel in because they know the PS4 is underpowered. What were they thinking this gen and putting out VR at the same time?

Most of the developers are on PC so it's a win/win for PC space. Better specs and more support. You are in denial if y...

Do you troll every Xbox article?

It's how businesses work. They communicate within the corporation. You don't have a clue how any of this works, but nice try on the spin.

Companies are always finding ways to extract more money out of us. The "new" market is "enthusiasts". All you have to do is segment what you were originally going to give to everyone and price it accordingly. Create multiple tiers for different classes of income.

But as long as you think you are receiving the best for the money you spent, that's all that matters, right?

Does Tim have stock in another platform? What is he really afraid of, losing money?

Adapt to market conditions Tim. You never complained when brining UE platform to Apple now did you.
