Oh it's coming. Nintendo claimed that you would be able to purchase games from your phone/PC/tablet and the Wii U will download it automatically because it has a stand by mode just like PS4/Xbox One. Also that would mean a unified system account. A leak was also found out that the 3DS had the Wii U's eShop so probably, 3DS and Wii U accounts will also merge in the next system update this late September.
There are many players out there who haven't experienced Windwaker because they had just become a gamer recently. Also I'm sure that many people will buy it, and hopefully they do make a sequel for that game.
From much I've seen from the PS4/Xbox One is that they all have the same gameplay from last gen (Xbox 360/PS3). The only thing that improved is the graphics and probably AI which is not much because it only makes the game harder. In terms of gameplay there is nothing new.
The Wii U in my opinion is bringing new styles of gameplay. Look at Wonderful 101, can you find that same experience in a PS4/Xbox One? How about Sonic Lost World, Monolithsoft's X, Super Smash Bros...
PS4/Xbox One are going to need every 3rd party titles if they need to compete. Imagine if Wii U/PS4/Xbox One are battling it out with just pure exclusives. Who do you think will win? Anyways, I'm getting PS4 only for 3rd party, and 1st party (single player) games, while my Wii U will get 1st party titles, some 3rd party, and games with multi-player online because it's the only (next gen) console that has (free online).

What you said is true. Although you could have done it with a better tone. Sega, as you said had a big financial loss in which they were unable to fund sequels to games. Instead of bringing it back to Microsoft or Sony, they went to Nintendo seeing how bad Bayonetta did in the other two consoles, and good thing Nintendo is funding the game because that relieves Sega a lot from financial support. I only wish for it to be seen, not to gain popularity out of it. It's up to you to believe it or not. However, if you think about it, many bad things are already happening to the gaming industry. It's not just about Nintendo anymore, it's the whole gaming industry that has the problem.

The truth is that non of us know the Wii U's future. Only time will tell. Our impatience makes us predict the future and believe it as if were true just because we can't stand waiting. Then when your bad prediction of the Wii U turns ultimately wrong, you'll be scratching your head, confused, and eat back your words.
