Well said.
Psychology dude, not therapy. ;-)
Nice, but hardly definitive ;-)
....I'm wary. DMC1, amazing. DMC3, amazing. Will DMC5 be amazing?
Enough of this "westernized" crap though!
Halo deserves its acclaim, but numbered reviews are still stupid. Metacritic holds far too much sway... disappointing.
Anyways, if you enjoy the game, that's what matters most!
I'm fine with this... but then why insist on making it a canon tale?
Why not a new universe like Ghost Babel or Acid were?
It just seems stupid, to me, to place a title squarely between MGS2 and MGS4 (the most dense MGS titles) and then say the story is too complex. Why not free yourself from such complication with simply being an unrelated tale?
sigh. I just don't get it.
Unicron. ;-)
No it doesn't. But please don't toot your own horn so to speak when you basically ignore or publicly bash different architecture. If you're that skilled, man up, or keep your mouth shut. IMHO.
How can you say your team is great, when you whined publicly and ignored the PS3 most of the gen?
"You should be able to know what's going on merely by playing the goddamn games --something which is virtually impossible with the MGS series"
Don't play Halo then.
Will buy still.
Ugh... why?
Hasn't Capcom learned yet? Get the DMC1/3 team on DMC5!
I'm not attacking you, or saying YOU are complaining specifically, just fostering discussion. I'm just passionate about this topic, because its not JUST devs and not JUST consumers. It all feeds into one another.
C'mon Persona 5!
720p.
With anisotropic filtering.
And AA.
And no screen tearing.
At 60fps.
God, so gorgeous.
The PS3 and 360 have a lot of life left in them. Good, I don't want to buy more hardware.
Thing is, very few titles actually break even. CoD is the exception, not the rule man.
Edit - Whose fault is that though? 2 MILLION people bought CoD's overpriced mappack. Want DLC to die? STOP BUYING IT. Again, complaining on a board isn't going to convince publishers to change. Also yes, dev costs have QUADRUPLED this gen... we're lucky game prices haven't.
Not every dev is "out to get you" or "rape your wallet."
Even a quality game is not a guaranteed seller though, that's the problem. People complain about FPS oversaturation, but when the time comes to support titles like Modnation or Alan Wake... they don't.
Consumers are just as much to blame... people don't seem to get whining on a message board doesn't change things, voting with your wallet does!
How does a made up number have value though? An 8 to me is not the same as an 8 to you. And what's the difference between a 9.4 and a 9.5?
The arm is just as plausible as the nano plot, actually.
