I apologize to myself daily for posting on this site. It's like a car wreck...
LOL. Actually that was rather clever/funny. =)
LOL. Screw the "haters." I like how it's always a console war no matter what. God forbid someone owns a PS3 and enjoys the SC franchise, right? Because it's an "MS franchise" or whatever lame crap you fanboys come up with to support your delusions. IF it's not owned by Sony, MS, or Nintendo, frankly it can go multiplat. Them's the breaks. It's called business.
Is there any proof THIS title will? No. Is it impossible? Hardly. I'm not going to sit here and piss...
Um, FFXIII, Lost Planet, and Tekken all went multiplatform.
How does that support the argument of SC staying exclusive?
Shhh... don't drop to their level.
You mean people calling it the Delaystation? Double standards work both ways son.
Delays eh? Weird. Looks like both system's impressive fall lineups are being slightly gutted.
Someone's bitter. Go play Halo.
I really don't want this game to -
a) be canon
b) be a prequel to MGS4
c) be a sequel to MGS4
Just have it in a new universe like Acid or Ghost Babel please.
Agreed.
Pity they are playing games with the PC announcement, as I was still rather eager to play this game. Oh well.
I do love Hitomi... but I don't feel complex is the same as "better." I LIKED it for being a quick paced, button mashery PARTY type affair. That's what made me fall in love with it, especially in tag team. It was so over the top and fast.
Careful man, you can't be an L4D fan here on N4G. You aren't allowed to like a franchise, you need to pick a CONSOLE to fellate.
Stupidity does a fine job of disproving itself.
His article lost all credibility when he snuck in at the end that it was a fanboy war and only PS3/PC fans are "bitter." Of course it can't be L4D fans that are upset, it HAS to come down to console war BS. And THAT is why bloggers are not journalists. EVERYTHING reverts to the console war. Perhaps the author should grow the fvck up.
Actually no, it lost it at the title. The boycotters are perfectly justified ...
I disagree. I really enjoyed the more simplistic counters, level variety, and flow of combat that was in Hardcore. DOA3 and DOA4 felt like a step towards becoming a slightly more serious fighter, and because of that it lost me. (Then again, it was most fun while drinking with 3 other friends and a multitap.)
And their last bosses ALWAYS suck.
I say bring on Evil Flynn!
My fall is still packed... Batman, Assassin's Creed 2, Modern Warfare 2, Ratchet & Clank, Demon's Souls, Brutal Legend, Army of Two 2, Uncharted 2, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, Saboteur, Fat Princess, Castle Crashers, and TMNT Remix, and Splinter Cell Conviction... and probably a few more I'm forgetting.
That's still an assload of titles to play any way you slice it. Having Bayonetta, God of War 3, Darksiders off to early 2010 gives me a breather! My poor, poor wallet.
I actually really like Kotaku's format. While I may not always agree with their opinion, I find their review format to be far superior to anything else out there. Pros and Cons, as well as how much of the game was actually played.
This review score crap needs to die a quick death, otherwise we're going to have more of THIS kind of thing Eidos is pulling.
Disappointing, but if it means 60fps, so be it.
