Honestly was so hyped for this when it was in Beta testing or whatever and then I fell off when the game came out. I think now with the new updates on the horizon it would be a good time to try again and jump back in.
I understand. I think that's why they've taken just SO MUCH time and will continue to polish the game. Like Skyrim was amazing but Oblivion was probably still the peak of just how much silly stuff you could do and how deep the game was RPG wise. I just really want that same feeling again that I had when I was just a straight up fps and racer type kid at like 13 when Oblivion came out...then giving Oblivion a try and being absolutely awestruck at how you could just get COMPLETELY lost in that game for an afternoon and do all kinds of things. I believe it's launch. It's seemed clear since the announcement of the Slipspace engine that they were likely going to move the next Halo as a launch game. I agree, I still place faith in this team. People forget a lot of Bungie people went to 343i instead of staying with Bungie. These people care about the Halo franchise and understand it's importance. Sorry I just can't see it, Halo just CANT go GaaS that would be a massive massive mistake. Also, they developed an all new engine for the next Halo and beyond...so the time went into that too. Do you know how long it takes to build an engine from the ground up!?

I see large investment paying off in AAA 1st party exclusives for next gen, the ball was dropped so hard this gen and the damage was done too late...It's really too bad Crackdown 3 couldn't have lived up to the hype.

You know Cyberpunk was a game I'd never really heard of and wasn't on my radar but after that long E3 gameplay video we got to see I was absolutely blown away I can't freakin wait for that game.
Nice to see Bungie free and easy to breathe again. This studio is legendary and has and can deliver the content we F'in well deserve. I have full confidence in them with their future projects right now. I honestly think it was an opportunity for them to unhitch what's holding them back.
Here's hoping a new Killzone might appear next gen. Would definitely convince me to stay within Sony among other reasons like Uncharted! I bought a PS4 this gen explicitly for the exclusives but found myself mostly just playing multiplats on PS4...Was very disappointed that I spent my whole childhood wishing I could play Killzone games and then when PS4 came out expecting a couple Killzone games...and while Shadow Fall was gorgeous and still is...it was a bit of a letdown for me.
